I stayed for more than 500 nights and stayed in the building where I checked in. The soundproofing of the hotel is really bad, and the next door can be heard clearly. The room for more than two thousand and one night is no different from the new one in the room toilet facilities of more than 500. Two large bed rooms were set up, all of which were put together in two small beds (not found at the time of check-in). This time, more than 500 rooms have a lot to describe.

The employees are not really locals. It is recommended to eat at attractions or downtown. Check-in waited for a long time, it was impossible to wait, the speed of processing was Italian. Don't like chatting between colleagues. This is a Delta flight attendant hotel, after all, it is impossible to live around Rome Airport. The room type has a small balcony, you can experience the heat of the Italian night. We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Rose Palace. The front desk gave us tired travelers a warm welcome that made us relax immediately. Our room overlooked the back of the American Embassy with guards stationed outside 24/7 so it was definitely safe. The hotel is a little off the beaten path from the usual touristy spots in Rome but in a very quiet area. The room was very clean. We had 3 in our room and the 3rd person had to sleep on a full size pull out couch. It was comfy for a pull out (you couldn’t feel the bar under the mattress) but unless you put up the bed every day the only place to sit were the beds. It had a small fridge and the bathroom was updated but limited on counter space around the sink. The buffet breakfast was geared toward a variety of tastes. Scrambled eggs, a variety of pastries, orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheese, meat, etc. When the weather was nice we enjoyed sitting outside in the garden. There is a tiny grocery store called Co-op around the corner where you can buy the basics. Also on the next block is an ATM in the alcove of the bank entrance that seemed secure to use. Reading older reviews we thought there was a restaurant in the hotel serving dinner but it turned out to just be a small bar. So we walked a couple of blocks north and ate at Cesarina and enjoyed a good meal and friendly staff. There were a lot of other restaurants to pick from in a 2-3 block radius. The ones on Via Vittorio Veneto appeared to be more expensive than the ones northeast of the hotel. There is a taxi stand a couple of blocks away and we used both Uber and inTaxi for rides back to the hotel.

Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. We enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again.

Hotel conveniently located next to The Vatican in a quiet neighbourhood with many restaurants, cafes, clothing stores within a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel staff very professional and friendly. Special mention to Front Desk Agent Chiara Stage who went above and beyond in ensuring we got the most out of our short time there. We had a lovely balcony and a large bathroom. The room was spotless and modern with flat screen tv. The only complaint being that the pillows and matress were too hard for my comfort.

This hotel is very compact but they maximized on the actual accommodation space. My room was on another building and the receptionist who was very sweet, gave me a tutorial with the keys and elevator. If you're not as familiar with Europe as I am, this was am absolutely necessary step. Once I was in, the room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was just as nice. Sitting on the Tiber river, from the hotel, you get a nice view of the river and street below. The room was also surprisingly very quiet as I was unable to hear any traffic once the windows were closed. Breakfast was served in my room at precisely the requested time on my first morning which was tasty and wholesome and for my second morning, I needed to go to the breakfast station on the main building... which was okay. The location is 10 to 15 minutes walk from most of the sites and about 30 to 35 minutes walk from the colessuem. I felt quite safe while walking but still vigilant of course and the reception also gave me a map, showed me how to use and and educated me on the best routes to take to maximize my time. All in all, great room, service and location. I would highly recommend. For improvements though, they could give their guest an oral care set and bed slippers as with many hotels I stayed at on this trip

We stayed 5 nights on Hotel 939.We went to Termini and took a taxi to the hotel, from Termini we could easily have taken the Metro to Piazza Espagna. We had a rater big room with a good bed and a refrigerator. A nice bathroom with shower and toilet, lots of clean towels every day, the room was cleaned every day. There was a lift. We got a warm welcome and all the time everyone from the staff helped and answered on questions. We took breakfast there and got all we could need, 5 £ pr pers. A very helpfull woman gave advice, there was toast, fresh fruit, good coffee, cheese sausage and so on.cosy, too. We walked by foot where ever we wanted to go, we took every meal outdoor in the sun It was a nice trip, and we already want to go to Rome and live in the nice hotel! We recomment the hotel!

Amazing hotel (just one floor) in the middle of everything. The suite with jacuzzi is amazing, and a long hot bath is just What one needs after walking all day, because everything is walking distance! Colloseum were the only sitr we had to take an uber to get to. The receptionist were incredibly positive and helpful. She gave us a lot of tips that turned out to be great smal surprises, such as the castillo s.Angelo being such an amazing place for couples, I had no idea! And the breakfast was amazing. Incredibly crispy and good tasting bread, butter and jelly. We could choose type of croissant and coffee on the side as well. But the most positive surprise were actually the orange juice. Very good start to the day. They cleared up the apartment really well, but I Wish they replaced the towers a little more often. And it would be better to have more of then, because given the amount ee were in water, it really could’ve been useful to at least have four big towels. But you could probably just text the receptionist and they will give you, but we didn’t think of doing this. Overall a perfect place to stay to get the most out of Rome.

Brilliant hotel in a perfect spot for everything. Loads and I mean loads of restaurants, cafés, bars and gelatos beside it we were spoilt for choice. The hotel was clean, welcoming and very comfortable. Staff were extreamly helpful and couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was adequate due to covid restrictions and was more than ample to start our day. Can't wait to return next year.
