Nice place cleaning good staff has service mind Next time i be back

The renovated rooms are very nice. They are missing a couple of things. A luggage rack would be nice, hangers and a chair at the desk. A bedside lamp would be nice as all of the ceiling lights are very bright. Staff is amazing and very friendly.

It was a quick stay as the Ferries were cancelled for the day. The TV was having trouble staying connected to the internet. It was very windy. I am glad the location is so close to town.

The price was right and the staff was so lovely. There was a hiccup with the check-in, but we got it all sorted, and the gentleman who checked me in, also kindly made sure everything was great after I got settled in. We had been staying in town from off island to see a movie, and will absolutely be back. There was some renovations going on, which some could find annoying, but we very much enjoyed our stay.

They are in the process of renovating the property. I stayed in one of the new rooms. Very nice, smells clean and bedding was comfortable and new. The shower is fantastic with a large square shower head with 122 nozzles. Mirror in bathroom was very nice with lighting and defog mode.

So, overall we enjoyed our stay. The people there are fantastic, the rooms are newly updated, but we found just two slight problems that some may not even care about. The king bed was nice, but a little too squeaky whenever you moved a little. And the biggest issue for us was that the heating/cooling system kicked on/off every 10-ish mins and sounded like a 1980 Plymouth Chrysler idling in the room with you. It was distractingly loud, to us. As I said, many may think nothing of this, and other than that the value was great!

Newly renovated room was beautiful and comfortable. Loved all of the extra plug ins! The lady at the front desk was so helpful and amazingly kind.

This place is disgusting and there is garbage everywhere. They are doing renovations of a few rooms and the parking lot has mattresses and furniture in it. The smoke alarm woke me up in the night. I had asked staff to change it when I arrived and it was beeping, which they disagreed with but I guess the batteries they replaced were dead as well or the alarm is faulty. This is the kind of place you sleep with a chair under the door knob. There are also huge gaps around the door. The mattress has a big sinking area in the middle. It is just disgusting. They should not be operating. There is nothing good to say about this hell hole.
