La chambre est un peu vieillotte. 2 ampoules de mortes, une télécommande de TV qui ne fonctionne plus. C'est bof, quelque soit le prix de la chambre.
Température : 25degré, chauffage à fond. Obliger d'aérer en plein hiver, c'est triste.

This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone).
The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is.
It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time.
Very pleased with our stay and would recommend.

Une Equipe au top. Tous souriants, acceuillants et près a rendre service. La cuisine sait répondre aux demandes des clients, et meme sur la cuisson de la viande, qui arrive devany vous comme vous l'avez souhaitées. Jamais déçu depuis que j'y viens et je n'irai pas dans un autre sur Aurillac. Restez comme vous êtes. Vous êtes vraiment parfait

Chambre qui sentait la cigarette froide, pas super agréable, salle de bain très vieille, baignoire sabot d’un autre temps.
Pour le repas du soir, 35 minutes d’attente, mais ca ne serait finalement pas très grave avec un bon plat…malheureusement, le plat (filet de merlu meunière) était en fait un poisson pané qui venait de sortir du congel. Bref 23€ pour un poisson pané, du riz et un verre de blanc…
On peut proposer un hôtel avec des prix accessible sans pour autant que ce soit au détriment de toute qualité…

Très bon établissement avec un personnel très sympathique, très bon placement par rapport aux axes routiers même si un peu écarté du centre-ville qui n'est cependant qu'à 10 minutes en voiture. Chambre relativement spacieuse avec une assez grande salle de bain, manque peut-être un peu de lumière pour la chambre, petit bémol avec la télé qui avait du mal avec certaines chaînes au point de ne pas pouvoir regarder TF1 par exemple, tandis que le son se coupait régulièrement sur les autres chaînes. Je recommande pour un séjour de plusieurs jours !
