Best Western Plus Fiesta Inn

First of all the staff was friendly and helpful. No problems there. Room was just ok. Breakfast was ok. No coffee...just an instant coffee machine. Not a Keurig either. That would've been a better chioce. Nescafe coffee and it was gross. Pool was good. Location is good for most places to go in San Antonio. Difficult to get in and out of at certain times of the day. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Just needs to be updated badly. Mattresses are not comfortable and had a hard time sleeping. We stayed for 3 days. No sleep and no coffee. It's personal to me to have a comfortable bed and coffee. Especially when I'm paying for those things.

Holiday Inn & Suites San Antonio Northwest

I booked a suite we r a family of 4 . Plenty of space for the kids like the other reviewer stated. Rooms are quiet and beds are comfortable so you get a good sleep. Hotel also has full restaurant n bar... didn't have a chance to try it but just an fyi. Rooms have a Keurig so that a plus if your a coffee drinker. In the mornings they have complementary coffee downstairs. Also they have a heated pool as per front desk (another fyi). Location of hotel is very convenient; it's near lots of restaurants n shopping... 10 min drive to SA zoo n downtown. 15 min to SeaWorld. 5 min to Cantera shopping mall. Staying here was a great choice for me... will definitely be staying here again.

Went with my family to San Antonio to SeaWorld so made reservations at this Super 8 location. I reserved a non-smoking room for 2 days to check in was at 2:00 we traveled over there on a Saturday so we decided to go to SeaWorld first and then check in at night. Stayed at SeaWorld to see the fireworks for 4th of July headed towards our room went in to check in to find out we had a smoking room. So I went down to ask to be moved to a non-smoking just like my reservation was supposed to be and was told they could not do anything for me. I told them I have my 11-year-old son with me I can't have him sleeping in that room and once again was told I can't do anything for you. They told me just to call back on Monday because there was nobody that could help me out so I asked for corporate number and was told this is a privately owned Super 8 so I would have to call back Monday and I could not get a refund. So had to go look for another place to stay at 11:30 at night on 4th of July weekend in San Antonio because I was not going to stay at their hotel. Worst place ever do not take your family there

Finding a suite set up with 3 queens for the family at a fair price is often a struggle, so we were quite happy to stay here. Being December it was quieter, plenty of room in the breakfast room and often the indoor pool and spa to ourselves. Clean room. The location just off the highway was quiet, however the busy traffic a struggle for this Australian family to merge into. Thats probably about us though adjusting to the local DFW busy traffic. If we were to return to San Antonio we would probably try staying somewhere else.
