If you are looking for a low cost hotel with a good relation price vs quality, this is a good option. It is quite simple but the rooms are big and they manage to keep it clean and tidy. It is well located, close to a nice street with many good restaurants (Avanhandava street).

The hotel is excellent when it assessing the costs and benefits!! Does it have some improvements to be made? Yes! But nothing to catch the roller. The bathroom needs special attention because it goes very well when we take a bath, it has an old style with those bathrooms you take a bath inside, but the rest of the room is space and more refaided. We stayed in two different rooms because we went to the camps and returned, in the second room the couple bed was made up of two single beds together, so it was a little uncomfortable but it flowed well. The breakfast is simple and repeated, but the service and the friendliness of the staff is show!! As the cost-benefit relationship said is worth it. And another is very close to the main attractions

The hotel is very large. I happened to see a reception group on the day I arrived. It is a base for domestic travel agencies to organize groups. The room I booked also has a balcony. It is generally comfortable. However, it is not recommended for girls to check in too late. There are a lot of messy graffiti near the downstairs of the hotel. There are homeless people in the park, so you need to be careful when traveling⚠️

Ten stars! The Ca' D'Oro is like staying at a St. Regis in the middle of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The highlights: Wonderful, personal staff, who remembered and remarked I was a repeat visitor, and gave me a room with a spectacular view in recognition of the loyalty. Spotless, gloriously-quiet and well-designed rooms, something that is a rarity in São Paulo. Lovely common amenities, including a library space and a really nice rooftop pool. Breakfast is also excellent, and very good quality. But best of all is the location - who are all these drab people saying the area isn't nice? It's one of the coolest areas of São Paulo, smack dab in the middle of downtown/Higienopolis (with fantastically hip restaurants, cafés and shopping) and Paulista (which is convenient for touristy things), close to the metro L4, which gets you anywhere in the city in no time, and in a quiet part of Rua Augusta, which has bars, restaurants, and some of the best nightlife in Brazil. Parabens, Ca' D'Oro!

I have stayed here a few times over the years. The location is nice, safe area, lots of facilities nearby. The hotel is clean, rooms spacious, well designed and good views from the higher floors. Covid is well managed at the hotel with good procedures in place (Armando at breakfast is doing a great job). All the staff are friendly and will do their best to make the stay a good one. If I can make one suggestion: it would be good to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. Perhaps these were removed because of covid.

The room was comfortable, clean, just like the photo. I had an unexpected room when I arrived, but the building's watchman was quite careful and resolved the problem quickly. The street of the studio is well moving.
