A couple really good restaurants within easy walking distance. Very handy for a visit to The Ringling.

When we got there we had to ask for a different room. It smelled like cigarette and no ventilation to get rid of the humidity smell. Room was very outdated and dark. Furniture is old, bed covering dark and with stains. I guess the dark coverings hides the spots. Not worth the money being a Wyndham owned Inn.

The female staff was very unpleasant and cancelled my reservation because she was angry with someone else the rooms are ran down feels and smells damp like mold I Never stay again

Didn't know that your building was an older model with breezeways.
That's not safe for a handicapped person. Also limited parking.. The desk clerk was kind enough to give me another room due to havi to walk so far near the pool.
However, for one night everything worked out okay.

The room needs to be painted and furniture is a bit beat up. Sheets had stains and there was no toilet paper in bathroom. Floor lamp didn’t work and clock on night stand was not working. Companion in room upstairs was kept awake by the room next door having a drinking issue party most of the night.

For clean sheets we had to do it ourselves .for dry floors we had to use towels that were never replaced with clean ones ,from drying floor ,garbage only emptied occasionally .poor wi-fi. No working elevator .Poor breakfast choices .
