Location is excellent. Front desk staff is very helpful. I need to courier a parcel out today urgently, as I have to fly off overseas tomorrow. I ask for help from the front desk staffs, they acted immediately to help me find pos Laju to send it, they even help me to wrap the big parcel. I really feel appreciated for the heart warming help. The swimming pool impress me. And the buffet dinner heat surprise me. Despite variety of choices of foods, all the food are arranged and designed to cook. Love their food.

Only stayed here for around 8 hours as we had a morning flight, but it was just what we needed. Check in was super quick, the hotel is a 5 minute walk from KLIA 2, and they offered a free bus service to terminal 1 at 5am which we took. There was a tourism tax of 10 RM to pay while checking in.

The Aerotel is located within terminal 2 at KL airport. The rooms are modern and spacious with a great shower to freshen yourself up after a long flight. It’s great for a one night stay before your next flight. The rooms themselves do not have windows which is a negative, but I didn’t mind as I was only staying for the night. Other hotels around the airport are either too far away or aren’t as modern as the Aerotel, that’s why I chose this one as it’s super convenient also.

Very far from klia 2 . Take grab around 20 minutes. No shuttle bus at klia 2 . Hotel provided shuttle bus service from klia2 tune hotel to tune hotel aeropolis . U have to walked to nearest klia2 tune hotel then waiting for shuttle bus to tune hotel aeropolis . Shuttle bus service is Every 2 hours .

Enviroment -Surrounding was clean and follow all the SOP out by goverment, tempereture taking and hand sanitizer was provided at the enterence and every outlets, Good practise and you feel confident. Reception -For positive feed back from me I would like to thank you to front office team especially to one of the handsome men staff his name on his name tag (Azam) for arranged my check in process even busy n have a long queue line they can managed the ship craked situation. Housekepping -Room was clean and the staff gave us good services even it is little outdated. Restaurant -Negatively. I want to make a food order and try to call the line Mya restaurant via a phone room press ”0” for so many times did not answer my call .. that is unbelievable. i try call again and again. Unfortunatly we can get it. very disappointed. Please we will paid for the food cost not for begging for free !!! So u should take care of ur customer needed.. pls alert with phone call did you heard or not.. please train your staff properly.. this is my second time visit at Dash Box Hotel Cyberjaya but servis not good as i get for 1st time in 2019. i hope top Management will take this as a important issue when it come to this!!! PLEASE...

Ark goldcoast resort own private property inside Avani, basically it is located in the Avani. Very spacious room, clean with large balcony. The toilet was super good. My mum and I were really enjoying our time being in Avani. There was buggy ride from lobby to the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My room is 060 so I got the chance to witness the beautiful sunrise. Definitely I will come again.

The cozy room, combined with the clean surroundings and delicious breakfast, made for a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the area, and the peaceful atmosphere is ideal for unwinding.

Amazing stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We decided to not take the shuttle bus as we wanted to do some shopping nearby at the outlet mall before our flight which was AMAZING. Breakfast was good and water pressure in the shower was lovely. Beer is a bit expensive at 44 MYR for a corona beer 330ml. All in all a very happy and good stay.
