首先第一天入住衞生極差，如第一張圖
第二點，退房遺漏了洗髮水沐浴露，因為洗髮水是剛買的300ml，就想取回來。結果丟了，一開始説蓋子打開的，一下子説就一點點了，又説很小一瓶，但是那個洗髮水不是蓋子的設計，300ml不是小瓶的，入住第一天才開的根本不是用的衹剩一點。而且這些根本不是丟住客東西的理由。
丟人東西還説住客唧唧歪歪
又説帶寵物用毛巾擦狗屎，首先我徵詢過可以帶寵物，那個擦的是我吐的東西。
第三點，住了七天，每次打掃就收垃圾，沒説擦桌子就不擦，房間煙灰缸也從不倒

離愛聯鐵地鐵口特別近，下地鐵走幾步就到了，所以出行也很方便，吃飯也很方便，房間乾淨又衞生，還很安靜，多次入住。

如果不打算叫車的話，位置是挺好的，就在愛聯地鐵站B出口附近。
整體上是挺好的，但對於「自助入住」方式有點不太滿意。主要原因是要住客在微信裡發一下各入住人的回鄉證證件頁面，可能沒想到私隱問題吧。這樣會不會導致我們幾人證件資料外洩呢？這是我個人疑問🤔也是我們聚人第一次有這樣的體驗。

房間質素方面，空調忽冷忽熱，睡覺時一身汗，浴室發現不少昆蟲，儲水式熱水爐難以開關，熱水供應很困難。電視投影器解像度很不足 放置位置不當。同行五名朋友入住後幾天各自生病，不知是否與房間有關。唯獨只有客服質素是好的。

房間殘舊，洗手間污糟，雪櫃仍遺下垃圾及有臭味。
房間提供叉電線，但需收費。
風筒使用時，發現電線已斷裂，通知服務台後，更換新的。

第二次入住了，自助入住，非常方便！
今次試了三房的，空間大了！
最好的是上下層都有床，老人家不用上上層咁辛苦！
而且又有兩個廁所和沖涼，真的方便好多！
冷氣好夠凍和熱水好夠熱，下次都繼續選這酒店！

衞生：一般 洗手池周邊一圈生銹的痕跡
環境：一般 本來以為靠近地鐵站很方便 但是同時缺點是這個酒店的房子沒有一點隔音效果 凌晨了外面車的聲音可以聽的一清二楚
服務：從辦理入住開始就讓我等了15分鐘沒人來辦入住
設施：也沒有什麼設施 就牙刷牙膏 不理解的是有兩個男士的刮鬍刀都沒有一個女士的洗面奶之類的…
還讓我寫五星好評 寫不出來一點兒

整體是可以接受的，位置便利，就在愛聯站旁邊，附近都有很多吃的，距離商場也很接近！
房間是複式的，雖然有廚房及雪櫃，但雪櫃一打開的味道很重不會想使用
樓上的房間是可以的，有掛衣的地方，床上有不少頭髮感覺床單好像沒換過，廁所還好，就是淋浴位置沒有置物架，沐浴露都要放地上，還有沐浴的坑渠跟馬桶旁的坑渠的是連結，洗澡的時候那些水會由馬桶旁渠溢出來，而且渠的味道很大，要關上門，不然整個房間都是味道，這方面很扣分
還有一入門地板不是很乾凈，周圍都是腳印，以及床底從沒打掃過，積滿灰塵，衞生方面有待改進！
除此以外，一切還好，價錢可以
