What a great and beautiful room, especially its transparent elevator that gives you an unobstructed view of the green space. It can be said that you can see the green space when you push the window. It is indeed a forest. Walking into the Zen temple city and embracing the forest, there is a special mention for them. The service staff are very polite and make you feel at home. More importantly, the swimming pool is crystal clear at all times and is always so comfortable. I am so touched.

Amazing option in Shenzhen. Big and confortable rooms. One of the most complete Gym I visited in China. Sauna, Jacuzzi and pool (it was close during our stay). The night buffet at hotel's restaurant it is a must try (japanese, chinesa and western food, with drink included). The hotel has the best staff I faced in China. Mr. Roman at front desk, was fast, solved all our doubts and was super helpfull. Mr Forest also. Help us with luggage, taxi and courier. We will comeback for sure!!!

While I didn't have the opportunity to explore the mall extensively during my brief one-night stay, its presence adds convenience and offers additional options for dining, shopping, and entertainment for guests who have more time to spare. Overall, my stay at Crown Plaza Futian Hotel was fantastic. Very good and very helpful staff. Location was very convenient to many eateries, shopping and places to stroll and relax. Facilities in the hotel was very good too. Allowed late check out till 2 pm. Breakfast choice was excellent too. Will surely come back. Although I did mention it was for my anniversary celebration, sadly nothing special was done 😞. Otherwise it was great

My favourite hotel in Shenzhen. You cannot fault the accommodation or service. We are always treated like royalty and you feel very special. The rooms are fantastic and very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with a huge choice. My only criticism of this stay would be that the executive lounge food options did not seem as good as before. Maybe we got unlucky.

Perfect place to stay from the moment you walk in the customer service is excellent. One staff member Kyle at reception really made my stay very comfortable. He organised welcome cake and fruit and gave me information about the hotel and the area around it. He has excellent English and he gave me a personalised gift at the end.The hotel location is fantastic near Coco park all the shopping and restaurants. I also tried the resturant that’s in the hotel and that was good. Their breakfast is excellent will stay here again. Once again thank you Park Hyatt and Kyle is a real asset to the company .

A very good check-in experience, the front desk is warm and the service is attentive; after placing the order, I checked in late in the morning due to processing work, and the lady at the front desk carefully called to inquire about the situation; the room I checked in was clean, tidy, comfortable and clean; the next afternoon due to changes in itinerary, I needed to advance in advance After checking out, the front desk enthusiastically helped with the process and exempted the overtime fee originally due. This Vienna hotel in Futian is in a first-class location. There is a subway station right in front of the door. It is a 50-meter walk across the road. There is a large shopping plaza next to it. It is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun within 2 kilometers. The service is warm and the rooms are clean and tidy. There is also laundry service when you go out to do errands during the day and come back at night. It feels great to have clean clothes. There is a gym on the 3rd floor with complete facilities. Highly recommended for business trips. Zanzan also gave me a fruit plate during her birthday.

The hotel's location is very good, with convenient transportation and easy driving. It is very close to the subway station. There is a large and lively Zhuoyuehui shopping mall nearby. I find it very convenient whether it is eating or shopping. This is my first choice every time I come to Shenzhen for business. The room is quite spacious and has a bathtub. Breakfast is 30 Lou, I’ll try it next time.

You can tell that the hotel is in a classy area of Shenzhen, the area is very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a few meters from Nonglin subway station. Very easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby is small, but the room is spacious and modern. The whole environment is very clean and pleasant. My room has an overhead projector TV, thus the screen is very large. There's a wide choice of free movies to choose from. The remote control needs some getting used to though. The buffet breakfast is generous with lots of choice. I will surely stay there again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

For two days and one night I was going to go home and I was a little tired from playing on the day, so I found this hotel nearby. 作為一間小型家居酒店，房間色彩温馨，設施舒適實用，時尚智能，最重要的是衞生過關。我這次訂的房間雖然沒有窗户，但安靜無噪音，有利於睡眠，房間也沒有異味。細節處理也很好，比如空調不對床、牆壁有設計感的木製掛衣鈎、開關插座很多且含有多個USB接口（有多種功能）等。最大亮點是可以在線觀影，設有大屏幕投影壁，睡覺前找個喜歡的影片看看也不錯喲。230多的房費，在景田這個繁華的地方是不是很難找？樓下就有景田地鐵出入口，2號線和9號線在此交匯，去哪裡都方便。唯一遺憾的是，洗漱台上麪的鏡面等觸摸開關夜間藍色有點耀眼，看店家能否處理一下。
