入住體驗很差，北京剛開始熱，晚上外面才16度，房間內卻有29度，空調沒有冷氣不説，風扇也沒有。打電話給前台，不僅不解決，讓把房間燈關掉開窗降温，窗户又沒有紗窗等防蚊措施，也衹能開一個小縫，兩個小時後不僅衹降低一度，滿屋子蚊子叮得滿身包。總而言之，服務差，環境差，酒店本身也很老舊又沒有人情味，不值這個價，下次不會再住。

環境設施～雖然有些老舊，但是實際上一點也不礙事，我覺得挺方便好用，特別是樓下的泳池，乾淨衞生，很好很好
酒店服務～服務人員的水平值得肯定，前台小姐姐都挺好看，小哥哥也帥
地理位置～這一點真絕了 三環邊兒 從西站過去挺方便 晚上依次去了 三里屯 後海 奧運村 車程都不超過 20 分鐘
ispa 也不錯 六百元也不貴 服務周到按的也好
對了 前台註冊 app 送一份早餐以及 28 元早餐換購券

今天上午09：58分加了一份早餐，用餐時正在下班，幾乎沒什麼食物，卻被收了159元，不知算不算是合理，還有兩分鐘下班，可以拒絕用餐，既然接待就應該有充足的餐食。

這次出來遊玩，我選擇了北京歌華開元大酒店，剛進酒店，覺得大堂很氣派，酒店的地理位置很好，旁邊就是地鐵站去哪裡遊玩都很方便，辦完入住後，房間裏床品很乾凈，也非常舒適，熱水也很棒，早上吃早餐的時候，食材很新鮮，品種也很多，前台小姑娘宿綺耘很親切,服務也很好，下次出來玩的時依舊會選擇👍

第一次住這家酒店，感覺非常好！客服小姑娘非常貼心的幫我們升級了房間樓層，贈送了水果。
客房服務及時，臨時需要針線包，小機器人很快送到。
房間比較大，有浴缸，淋浴出水温度適宜，出水範圍比較大，有各種小零食，酒店內的游泳池和健身房可免費享用，晚上安靜無噪音，睡眠質量高！
早餐品種非常豐富，離地鐵站比較近，晚上帶着孩子去看了話劇表演，出行非常方便。
