門店前台業務不熟 溝通過程中不能催促一點，住客等了半小時問一句什麼時候能辦好？前台直接回懟，你不要催我，沒房了我沒有辦法。
好不容易辦好了，入住酒店房門卻壞了進不去門。溝通前台説，維修師傅來修理。結果叫爹媽又在房間門口又站了半個小時，維修師傅才姍姍來遲。過程中再次與前台溝通，前台回覆更氣人：你不要催我！我們酒店客房的門壞了，跟我有什麼關係！你催我也沒用。

雖説是特惠房，最起碼的衞生得打掃乾淨吧，地下一攤看着黏糊糊的東西是啥，地板臟死了，枕套都沒有，煙頭也不打掃，換了另一個房間還不如這個乾淨，將就睡了一晚上第二天身上起紅點哪都癢，不怕傳染病的就去住吧

典型的快捷酒店裝修，還算乾淨，但服務確實是這趟山西之行裏體驗最差的，一入住就發現房間沒有洗漱用具，和前台溝通後一個小時才送來，看到一樓走廊有洗衣機和烘乾機，晚上準備洗衣服，前台卻跑來説晚上洗衣服烘乾太吵，讓我明早再洗，擺脱我第二天上午就要離開的，哪有時間洗衣服？如果酒店覺得晚上洗衣服噪音大，為什麼要把洗衣機設定在走廊，然後讓旅客來背鍋？
最可怕的是入住當晚12點左右，走廊外突然有人邊跑邊大吼，連着吼了七八聲也不知道説的啥，一路跑到酒店外面去了，嚇人我睡意全無，總之是再也不會來的一家店
