Siem Reap|2.08km from Crocodile farm
I saw that there was no commentary on Ctrip, and the service was very fond of it. So I uploaded a picture and shared it with everyone. I decided to come to Siem Reap to meet a friend. So I stayed for three days and spent almost every day in the resort. The center is about 4.5km and the airport is about 11km. It is recommended that taxis with taxi software will be more favorable. The front desk can help you call the car. Cambodians have universal dollars, so if you don't have a dollar change, you may have to give 6 dollars. The dollar is like this... The English of the staff is good, the English of the menu is a bit strange, but the dishes will not be trampled, and they will eat at the resort for three days. It feels better than Thai food! ! And Western food is great too! Recommended beef burger! I didn't have time to take it and I was eaten... I didn't like to take the food myself. I wanted to give a big praise on the last day. I took a photo, but I didn't take it all... Chicken Mango Salad is also a big point! The last day of the plane was at 10 o'clock in the evening. The hotel's people saw that we didn't go out to plan to take the initiative to propose that if we didn't make a reservation the next day, we could stay until the evening. It was really moving! ! The hotel is in the middle of a village. At least I think it is a village... This is the only shortcoming. You need to take a taxi in and out. Unless you rent a motorcycle, the price in Cambodia is still relatively expensive, and the room rate is very cheap!

Thee best customer service and staff I have ever encountered. Everyone learned our names and went above and beyond to welcome and accommodate us. I can’t express enough how well we were treated and welcomed. The spacious room, comfy bed, and access to pool from our patio was a beautiful relaxing oasis. Somehow the pool was cool even in hot 96’ F days. The hotel has a peaceful ambience of light music, green plants, and the location is away from noise of center of town. They offer free tuk tuk in evening to grocery store and pub street for food and night life. They offer complimentary breakfast that was excellent and even packed is a sandwich on morning of our sunrise to Angkor Wat. Wish this place was closer to our home. Highly recommend!

We had the family suite for 10 nights at the beginning of April. The accommodation and surroundings are gorgeous. Family room has its own pool and loungers. The pool was a good size (6m) for a plunge pool, main pool was also pretty big, around 20m. Whilst there is some shade around the family room pool provided by the trees, there are no parasols but, when we asked, the staff brought one over form the main pool. Ideally the family pool should have a couple of parasols its own. I think the hotel only has eight rooms and a lot of guests just come to visit the temples, so the main pool was rarely in use. One thing that caught us out on the first day, Guest Services do not make up the room unless you request it at reception. You can have it done every day, just need to let them know. We did have a few minor issues. When we arrived, we could not open the room safe, asked reception for assistance with this on two occasions, both times told that somebody would help but nobody did. Similarly, the wifi for the room did not work, twice we were told somebody would reset it the following day but this never happened. We were still able to use reception and restaurant wifi but these only worked from certain parts of our suite. Sometimes the small restaurant didn't have things on the menu, but the food was good. Last of all, the water was rarely warm whatever time of day we showered; not too much of an issue in 38 degree heat. All of these were fairly trivial and would not stop us returning but Le Chanthou Boutique would be absolutely perfect if they were addressed. It was our first trip to Siem Reap and, given the amount of water in the area, we were worried about mosquitos. This didn't prove to be a problem, we had fewer than 10 bites between us and didn't really need repellent. Apparently, they are not prolific in the dry season. The hotel is about 25-30min walk from Pub Street, given heat and roads it's a bit far to walk but the hotel provides a free TukTuk to take you in so it's not really an Issue. We used it every night (was always the same driver), arranged a return collection time and he was always there on time, you have to pay for the trip back to the hotel but it's only around $3. Siem Reap is a vibrant Asian town, lots of bars, restaurants and market stalls, all very cheap, really enjoyed our stay there. If we return, I'm sure we'd stay at Le Chanthou Boutique Hotel again.

The hotel environment is very quiet, and the sanitation is very good. The front desk staff is very welcoming. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, and the hygiene in every corner is well done. The breakfast tastes good. For a self who is very demanding on the hotel, give a full score to this stay. I feel very happy every day. The swimming pool has a salt water pool. Every Tuesday, there is a room party, which is only open to staying guests. Stayed in this hotel for 6 days. Reluctant to leave. If you come to Angkor next time, I will choose here again. Jasmine fried rice is especially recommended for breakfast. It is delicious. There is no orange juice on the menu, so the chef can squeeze it fresh~

The hotel is more convenient from Bar Street, and it takes five minutes by tuktuk. The staff are welcoming and polite. Passing through the lobby and the atrium is a villa with red and yellow intervals. It is built around a huge circular swimming pool. The room is large and well-equipped~ The design of the corridor connecting the room to the swimming pool is impressive~ If you miss your meal in the morning, it will be delivered to you The room is very thoughtful~

Siem Reap Wat Bo Area
Location of the hotel is much further away from Pub Street. However, the hotel has complimentary one-way transfer from the hotel to Pub Street between 5pm to 8pm daily. The Family Room is huge with a king, a single and a sofa-bed. Service provided by the front desk staff and restaurant staff were fantastic and simply awesome. They are always ready to assist you any time. Breakfast spread is pretty good with cook-to-order egg station, toasts, pastries, fruits, fried rice, sausages, baked beans, etc. The restaurant even prepare take-away breakfast since I've to leave the hotel at 5am to catch sunrise at Angkor Wat. Upon checking-out, a one-way complimentary transfer to the airport is provided as well.
