The counter staff and house keeping staff are warm and helpful. They are considerate for my mum, who is wheelchair bound. The housekeeping staff helped to rearrange the extra bed in the way that my mum can get on and off the bed easier. Thank you for your excellent services. Good location too. Overall the hotel stay wasn't bad. The Room was big, the bed was nice. The facilities was good and I enjoyed having drinks at ”The Den” and the breakfast was not bad.. My only gripe was that the room wasn't ready when I arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm( check in time was 3pm) and they wasn't able to advise when the room would be ready and was suggesting we go to ”The Den” which is like a cafe and wait for the room. eventually after raising my displeasure of not the room not being ready even though we got there already later than the check in time, we got the room probably around 3.40 or so and I thought that will be end but imagine my surprise when I went inside the room and found the room to be all wet which really make the starting of the stay not exactly very pleasant. for the price that I paid which was above $400, I actually would have expected better preparation. I have booked quite a few hotels in SG before to have staycation and this is the first time which I had such an experience. This is such a contrast with the experience that I had when I booked Capri by Fraser at Changi City point which everything went alot more nicer but other than the starting part of the room preparation, the rest went well but the starting part did make put a damper on the stay.

Fantastic Hotel! Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help. Check in was quick and easy, lifts work on a card and touch screen basis which is easy to use. Reception extended our room till 2pm free of charge and not much extra to keep it till 6pm. As a western visitor i struggled finding reviews of the breakfast.... best ive had in years of visiting Singapore. Fresh fruit, Yoghurt, juices and cereals. Breads, meats, salmon & pastries. Eggs boiled or fried on buffet but can order an omelette, sunnyside up eggs or poached eggs free of charge. Bacon, beans, mushrooms, asian breakfast inc sui mai,bao buns and noodles. Pancakes or waffles with berries and maple syrup. You wont go hungry. We had a twin deluxe room, lovely! Aircon and a ceiling fan both great. Lighting works off a panel.on the wall but easy enough to work. Cleaned every day, iron and ironing board in room and great hairdryer. Beds were really comfortable. Pool area was lovely and quiet. Pool not deep so great for families too. Pool towels provided and food and drinks served at pool. Honestly, apart from no hangers in the wardrobe i couldn't find a fault (ive spend over 20yrs in travel industry so can easily be critical). I would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at The Roberston House by The Crest collection and wanted to share my experience. While there were positive aspects, I encountered a couple of issues that affected my overall stay. Upon entering the room, I noticed bits and pieces of shattered glass on the floor. This was concerning as it posed a safety risk, and I recommend the hotel to pay extra attention to cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, the toilet door knob was faulty, making it inconvenient during my stay. I reported these issues to the hotel staff, and I must commend them for their responsiveness. Despite three complaints, the staff was kind enough to offer a room upgrade, which improved our experience significantly. This gesture demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. I appreciate the efforts made to address our concerns, and I hope the hotel continues to prioritize maintenance to ensure a seamless experience for all guests. But nevertheless, thank you for the kind gesture of sending a slice of birthday cake.

A wonderful and very convenient hotel to stay for anyone. The hotel ambience and room light and view of the busy city, yet the night light was also a delight. Take a walk to see Chinatown, the local Chinese food was delicious & (if U are able, try the durian and chendol) . Jus wanted to talk about the hotel breakfast, it was simple with both western and Chinese, but have to say, included was vege & cauliflower , one of the best ever . Kudos to the hotel. Cheers

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

The staircase which supposed to be the emergency exit is full of different things. Aircon is old and lack of maintenance, made a lot of noice. No separation between toilet and shower room, so the toilet canbe wet. The cups and glasses are washed on spot, so the lip mark stayed on the cups, So watch out when you have to use. The water provided is in a jar, which no idea where it comes from and how long it has been there. Suggest you buy your own water. The safety box is not fixed in the room, easily to be removed, did not feel really safe. The light was flickering and eventually died out. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridore and in the room.

The hotel is just in-front of Clarke Quay MRT, it’s very convenient to go to the Central Mall and just a kilometre away from Chinatown, you can just walk for a few minutes. So many shops that you can see and a lot of restaurants around. The hotel is small and cute but it’s complete of things that you need. The room is clean. The receptionist Auntie is very nice. We stayed here for 24 hours as we were “in transit”. Great location near an MRT and shops/cafes/Starbucks. Easy walk up to Chinatown. Rooms were small but adequate. We had one single and 2 doubles all with no windows. For 24 hours they were perfectly fine. Hallways and hotel was a little tired looking and the back entrance is in an alleyway. Only gripe would be that we contacted hotel to say we wouldn’t be there till after 11 pm and they assured us the reception was manned 24 hours - but it wasn’t. And when you arrive after a long trip and just want to check in you can get a bit grumpy - we ended up having to ring the fit act number through the website to find someone. Other then that the hotel was fine for what it was used for.

first time in Singapore as a solo traveller, staying at hotel absolutely made my trip worth it. after a long day of walking and exploring; coming back to my hotel was a highlight. it's close to a lot of local bars and restaurant, 30 mins from the Garden by the bay. hotel is always clean, the staff are shy but friendly when you get to talking to them. the room are perfect for a solo traveller, with the shower and toilet separated and great size too. if l go back to Singapore l will definitely stay with them again. this is my first review for anything.

Hotel located in a city centre very easy to access to the strict center of the city, touristic attractions. Room was clean and nice, with bathroom everything ok. Electric cattle, coffee tee glasses, soap, shower gel and shampoo with tooth brush and tooth paste at place. Even iron at the room. Elevator, silent place, outside pool in the roof. Kitchen at the lobby with unlimited tee and coffe machine to prepare any time your drink, however not very clean tables and around kitchen facilities. Not enough place for all the guests figuring the morning breakfast. Breakfast outsourced but ok., a bit cold after a while. No possibility to keep it warm or warm it up. Some receptionist very helpful and communicative, the other not. Depend who you will talk with.

Great Location for extroverts who loves going out to have fun! Karaoke bar just on the same street and local restaurants. There’s a food court in ChinaTown 10 minutes from the hotel with local prices. There’s also many coffee shops across the Main Street, you’d need to cross on the overpass. U can buy universal adapter for chargers at Cheers if needed. It’s also very close to Marina bay.

Yes, I prefer to call it an apartment because it feels like home. The building's exterior cleverly uses the slope to create a visual effect of ”alternation between the old and the new”. It is actually a completely independent new and old building. There is a feeling of a different world at the junction. The area of ​​the suite is not large. Guests who pursue luxury may be disappointed. But after using it, it is well considered and thoughtful. It is just right. If you stay in the old part of the house, you can see the original old floor tiles. They have traces of use but are as new as ever. This was my second stay, in two weeks time. I choose this time only bz of location which was my priority!! Check in is at 4pm, and I was there around 1pm, just to keep my bags, but have to wiat for 30 plus min as ring was switched off and there was no one to attend. Aircon is very limited, late evening to early morning approx. Even living room aircon is controlled. Though wall mounted fans are functional, but during warm days it can be uncomfortable. Its on 3rd floor with no lift. So with heavy bags it can be a challenge. Toilets and shower room are clean. Room size for 3 bunk beds was decent size. Further with only one staff, and if host is busy or out of hostel, you have no option but to stand outside, so be mindful of check in time!! In other hostels where I have stayed, you will always find someone to assist.
