The hotel itself has a perfect location and it is accessible to everything you need. The staff is friendly and very accommodating and easy access to everything. When it comes to the room not that spacious but still cozy and relaxing vibes in addition to that is the bed and pillows is very comfortable however the toilet has no bidet (Sad). And it has a variety or restaurants inside of the hotel where u can choose from. And my most awaited to try is the pool it is gorgeous, stunning views. Overall experience is excellent.

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

I feel compelled to bring to your attention some concerns regarding the service provided by one of your male staff at the front desk. Regrettably, I found this individual's conduct to be questionable. He exaggerated and provides misleading information of the hotel. Additionally, he made bad comments about a competitor and deliberately distorted the actual conditions of the hotel room, which contradicted his earlier statements. Fortunately, upon my request, the room was changed. However, I was disappointed by the lack of a more professional response when I encountered the staff member at the reception later. Unfortunately, he left without addressing the issue, which I believe reflects poorly on the hotel's image. Such behaviour is disheartening and does not align with the level of professionalism one would expect. I hope the management will take appropriate measures to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar situations. Thank you for your attention to this concern.

Hotel decor, ambient music and even scent that welcomes us once we stepped into the lobby felt like entering a different world. We were immediately greeted by staff and ushered to wait at the beautiful sofa seats while they handled our check-in. Process was real quick and we were even shown to our room by their concierge. The shophouse Queen room was cosy with comfy bed. Loved their bathrobes! Our room came with cocktails and $100 F&B credits which we used for dinner at the Anouska bar. The breakfast was really good and besides the mains it also came with bread basket and fruit platter. Only improvement they need to make is to replace the TV to one with Chromecast or screen mirroring function then it will be perfect!

An almost perfect stay. Check in was very easy and fuss free. The bath’s fantastic, amenities - luxurious. Asked for a quiet room - I got a quiet room on a quiet floor. Food selection however at the club lounge was not fantastic, it was in fact far below expectations - definitely not as great as pre-pandemic times. Not recommended for anyone to opt for club room benefits. Tables at the club lounge were not the cleanest either. But the breakfast buffet spread was awesome and delicious, tables there were much cleaner. Overall, it was a luxurious, quiet, rejuvenating stay.

That is, I have never slept anywhere and slept as comfortably as this before. The bed is very soft. The water flowed very strong and I felt very happy when I took a shower. The restaurant may have to be dressed to match the restaurant. If you come in tourist style, you probably won't be able to eat there. Near Chinatown, can walk.

First time trying this hotel for a staycation with my gf.. the location is great with alot of nice food choices around and while room in itself is pretty big and nice, my main issue is that the aircon seems to be stuck at 24.5 degrees the whole night and cannot be adjusted which made the whole stay rather uncomfortable and pretty hot. The pillows are also not really that comfortable as well. If the aircon issue was better and the room wasn't as hot the whole night, it would have been alot better. as it stand, there are probably better choices for this price range so I probably wouldn't be keen to come back again which is kinda a bummer cos the location is good and the room is pretty nice at the end..

One of our favorite hotel stays (relative to price point) in Singapore! The room was huge and clean and neat, the housekeeping staff were clearly professionals and took pride in their work. The check in and check out processes were a breeze. (The hotel staff didn't mention it during our check-in, but we suspect they upgraded us to a bigger room!) There were also a lot of amenities at the hotel, from the waterfall lounge (drinks with a view) to a quaint cafe (wildseed) to a furniture store (crane living). The hotel is also in a good location albeit a short distance away from Havelock mrt. Easy access to orchard/clarke quay/chinatown. Amenities do not come with bottled water and bedroom slippers. 10/10 would come back here to stay again.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

Location : near to tanjong Pagar, green line mrt. Just two min walk. Very peaceful and quiet. Near to a beautiful park. Nearby area is Chinatown, lots of Chinese and Japanese food restaurants around this hotel. Room : Deluxe room is spacious, clean, with all required amenities. There is hairdryer, mini fridge, hot water jug, enough space to put your luggage. However, there is no microwave/oven. Staff : Some staff is good but I sense that an attitude of hospitality is missing overall. I am saying this because : 1. I was not given early check in even after request. I requested that if possible please accommodate. The lady either ignored or forgot my request and gave me check in just half an hour before 2.00 pm. 2. Breakfast time is 6.30 to 10.00. On next day, I woke up on 10.05,I immediately called restaurant that due to jet lag, I could not wake up and I very new to find out options outside hotel. So pls allow me to come have a small limited breakfast. She plainly said no, kitchen is closed 3. On the day of check out, I requested 2 hours extension as I was having fever, I received plain No. I am a very frequent traveller and I have had very very pleasant experiences from hotels lesser than 4 star. I couldn't simply fathom the lack of sympathy from the staff. 4. I dropped a medicine for my colleague staying in same hotel at reception because she was sick like me and she was more in need of it. The reception didn't bother to deliver it to her. Upon asking, reception said, there is not enough staff. One more observation is that very very limited option of cooked food for vegetarians in breakfast. Samosa / spring roll, bread that's it. While very good spread for non vegetarian. It should be considered that my stay was for 7 nights.

Tanjong Pagar MRT station is just opposite the hotel.

This is my first time staying in a hostel. The in charge, Sarah, is very friendly and helpful. I like that the hoster has air conditioning and that they provide shampoo and body wash for showering. They have a small toilet right beside the shower. Besides that, the room has plenty of safe distancing and curtains to help with some privacy. During my stay, I had two other hostel mates. Can get a little noisy when they are talking or watching videos. I experience some pipe water noises near my bed that night. For roughly $27 a night, I feel that the value can be enhanced if the bedding has bolsters or even more softness to the bed. I need to remember to bring toothbrush and toothpaste the next time I stay at a hostel.

Dear M Hotel, I would like to express my feeling of satisfaction/gratitude toward Miss Jia Yi and the manager in resolving the issue I had over the stay quickly. My relative who works in F&B recommended the hotel for our stay in Singapore which we decided to follow through for 4days 3 nights. But perhaps due to a misunderstanding/misinformation during the checking in, we were not informed much about how to use room’s facilities e.g., a room make-up function, a policy regarding bed sheet and towels + the TV remote control was out of battery. I didn’t realize up until my parents informed me about it. I was upset and went to express my dissatisfaction to the reception while Miss Jia Yi was on her shift. She handled my complaint professionally, quickly noted down the issues and asked the maids to make up our rooms everyday onward. Without the explanation, the room-make up function is a little hard to use (I previously assumed the maid would come in normally). Anyway, I want to compliment the staff for their professionalism, not just in resolving our in-room situation but also for handing my negative emotion perfectly. With that being said, our stay at M Hotel was overall good and we wouldn’t mind coming back again. The location is perfect near the China town, MBS and not too far from Orchard Road. This was the second time that I'm staying at The Scarlet Hotel. Of course the this time round the price and deal were not as good as last year but I fully understand as tourism is back. The reason that I rebooked The Scarlet Hotel was because recently I read about the reopening of the rooftop bar, therefore decided to take the opportunity to check it out. But it was a an disappointment because there was a event on that night and the whole place was very crowded and noisy and we didn't have a chance to explore the area and the area that we were allocated doesn't have any view. But the service provided by the staff was excellent, he did his best to find us a seat and ensure that we do feel comfortable. This time round the room that I was allocated was close to the end of the corridor and was a bit disappointed that there is no wooden beams and natural skylight. I do wonder is it a must to request if I want that. Overall the service provided by The Scarlet is still the best. Simply love the warm and helpfulness of all level of staff. As usual, I'm been walked to the door by the staff who has process my checkout. So far this is the one hotel that did that! I don't even get this from any of the 5 star hotels.

The cube capsule was very good value for money, considering how expensive Singapore is. We had a double capsule in a large mixed dorm, however the capsules create fantastic privacy and it didn't feel like a shared space at all. The capsules were well maintained and neat and had everything we needed. Mirror, plug etc. Shared bathrooms were cleaned regularly and were great. Location is brilliant, right in Chinatown and very close to the MRT. I would definitely stay here again. Only criticism is that the capsules and bathrooms can get verrrrrrry hot. One night, my partner couldn't sleep all night as the AC just didn't seem to be effecting our capsule. We notified the staff about this the next day and they gave us a fan for our capsule. Which was fantastic. Not great if you need silence for sleeping. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The hotel is new. I like it very much. It's very close to the subway. It only takes 3 minutes to walk. It is very close to Little India and Haji Lane. Food is available nearby. The bed is a bit high, so little people have to climb up😛 Ha The hotel has waiters who understand Chinese and communication is very smooth. Will recommend friends to stay here Remember the subway is the blue line. It’s not far from anywhere. There are two 7-11s nearby, which are smaller. The photos were taken at the hotel entrance and outside the hotel window😂 I didn’t take a picture of the room. Anyway, it’s the same as what you see on the website.

I stayed the apartment for a few times. The location is good with nearby supermarket and mall. So far the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is big and fully equipped as a small studio. Really worth the price!. However I think the facilities of the apartment can be improved further because a lot starts to run down and needs maintenance. Good stay anyways!
