Mövenpick Sousse ★★★★★
"Very nice hotel, the entrance feels like a palace. The room was very spacious with a desk and a balcony with a table, perfect for smokers. Excellent value for money. The food is very good and varied. The indoor pool, which is the only one available in winter, is quite small and limited but honestly superb and clean. The staff is very professional and attentive. A small negative point is that you can't have visitors come up to your room during the day. I'm not talking about overnight stays, of course, that's understandable. You can only host them in the lobby lounge or in one of the hotel's restaurants and cafes. Big shout out to the guy at the bar, he took great care of me and my family during their visit."
Tui Blue Scheherazade Adults Only ★★★★
"We have just returned from this hotel and we had a fantastic holiday. The hotel is lovely and clean All staff are helpful and kind Food is plentiful and varied Pool is warm Beach is next to you with sunbeds Waiter service at both pool and beach Rooms although on the small side have anything you need and are cleaned everyday Evening entertainment was good for a TUI Blue resort The Entertainment Team are the best we have ever had! They get everyone involved and have a chat with everyone every day. There are lots of activities during the day if that’s your thing. We’ve never done so many high fives in our lives! Can honestly say we will return, loved every minute ❤️"
Sousse Pearl Marriott Resort & Spa ★★★★★
"Overall, it was a good experience. We had contacted before arriving asking for an early check-in due to traveling with a 2 year old, but no rooms were available. The room was brilliant, and they delivered a cot straight away when we got in there. The pool was great for the little one. Drinks were fairly prompt. When going back to the room, various appliances were not working. A quick word with reception, and someone was there immediately and fixed it all. Someone then came to check 30 minutes later (great service). Had room service. Mixed our order up but they came quick enough and apologized. Salad was tasty, but the jambon and cheese sandwich had no cheese. Breakfast had a good range. Fresh omelets were nice but wish I could have had fresh scrambled eggs."
Maison Céline ★★★
Hotel Paris ★★
"The location is great, in the medina but right next to the city center. The staff is super friendly and helpful, I forgot 2 phone charges and they returned them on my next stay. I booked a small room but it was decent, the shared bathrooms were clean, its very close to good restaurants. Its a great place for a short stay, close to the train station and a cheap taxi ride away from the bus station. I would return!"
Hotel Marabout - Families and Couples Only ★★★
"Hotel is good, but animator Leo is the best because we always play volley ball with him and hes very kind in the mini disco ❤️, restaurant is ok, recepcion so so, security man was the best."
Dar Antonia ★★★
"Loved this place, great vibe. Design was perfect and the attention to detail was great. I was moved to the new building which was perfect - nice and quiet. The restaurant was fine… I would not rave about it as a few things were missing from the limited menu and it was very slow. But tasty. Overall I would recommend this spot."
Hotel Orient Palace ★★★
"I had a wonderful stay at Orient Palace Hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was incredibly warm and professional. The staff made me feel comfortable right away, always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed. The food was another highlight of my stay. There was a great variety every day, with both local Tunisian dishes and international options. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and very tasty. A special mention goes to the animation team — they were full of energy, friendly, and made the atmosphere really fun without being overwhelming. The hotel itself is well located, with easy access to the beach, and the overall ambiance is relaxing and pleasant. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back!"
Residence Boujaafar ★★
"Worst place we have ever stayed , place is filthy , no cooking pans or kettle , no plates etc , windows dident work they were screwd mostly closed with a gap each end , floors were filthy bathroom tiles stained and shower glass covered in soapy grime , Breakfast was a boiled egg a piece of bread and a coffee served in a dark dingy room above reception, Diddent feel safe no security lots of men hanging around , checked out after one night , loveholidays no help at all"

César Palace Sousse
"The location is good, with the beach just a short walk away. The only downside is that the bathroom wasn't very clean. There were no tissues in the room."
Sousse Palace Hotel & Spa
"Great facilities and clean Staff were good Food was plenty full good variety at all meal times pool wa well managed and beach was near by would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again"
Marhaba Royal Salem - Family Only
"The bar and restaurant staff are not friendly in their dealings with us, perhaps because we are Algerian."
Jinene Hotel
"Title: JINENE RESORT SOUSSE: A NIGHTMARE STAY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS Rating: 1/5 ⭐️ 1. Hygiene and Room Conditions (Health Hazards) Unsanitary Rooms: Upon arrival, the rooms were disgusting. Carpeting was everywhere, including under mattresses, making it a breeding ground for dust mites. Cleanliness: Stained bed sheets, electrical outlets with exposed wires. Housekeeping was extremely superficial. Health Impact: My daughter, who is asthmatic, suffered a severe asthma attack and broke out in a rash on the very first day due to the poor hygiene. Lack of Equipment: The hotel's vacuum cleaner is broken, and the staff lacks basic supplies. (Only the 5th-floor cleaning lady was professional and kind). AC and Plumbing: Air conditioning only works in about 1 out of 40 rooms. Flushing mechanisms were frequently broken. 2. Failing Infrastructure Elevators: Old, dangerous, and frequently breaking down. By the middle of our stay, only one elevator was operating for the entire hotel. Reception: No air conditioning in the lobby, making it unbearably hot. 3. Misleading "All-Inclusive" Dining Food Quality: Inedible food with zero taste. Meat was cooked with baking soda, causing constant stomach bloating. Monotony: The same menu every single day (rice, potatoes, leftovers of beef/chicken). No traditional Tunisian dishes were served, which is a shame for the country. Service: Service was non-existent. Guests have to set their own tables. Rationing: No water or drinks served at the table. You have to walk to the back of the restaurant or the bar, where water is rationed in 500ml bottles and you are forced to provide your room number. 4. Entertainment and Staff Behavior Entertainment: Non-existent. Guests actually had to take the initiative to organize their own entertainment and bring in an outside entertainer to show the staff how to do their jobs. Toxic Staff: Shameful behavior from some staff members, particularly animators like Lolita Anah, who were cold, rude, and unmotivated. Extortion: Some staff members openly demanded money from guests (e.g., hundreds of euros requested just to let a guest sing). Note: The hotel manager was sympathetic about some things, but this does not redeem this miserable hotel. Most guests ended up ordering food from outside. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE."
Riadh Palms- Resort & Spa
"Yes, everything is fine, thank you Trip, but the prices are expensive, thank you and good evening."
El Ksar Resort & Spa – Family Hotel
"Great location, staff are brilliant, room was disappointing and the hotel was totally let down by the food"
Hotel Dreams Beach
"Well where do I start The food awful gaza eat bette. They rude argumentative. The men look at my daughters and perve over them. The women in the hamman just on there phones. The room looks like midnight express film. The bathroom is dirty and so back dated. I will say only north African continent go to agadir. The dream beach hotel is a nightmare like a dream from Freddie krueger. Please please do not spend your money heretic picture lies. Love holidays are liars I will go with even tui now paythat little extra. For sanity and happiness."
Dar El Goulli
Jaz Tour Khalef
"Our first trip to Tunisia, hotel staff cannot be faulted,a special shout out to Nadia who cleaned our rooms, she couldn't do enough to help us and keep the rooms immaculate even in the stifeliing 50 degree heatwave, she is always very pleasant and supportive. A bonus to the company."
treehouse hotel
"The room has a weird smell. The floor is so sticky and they didn’t provide slippers. Our room and toilet seem old and need some refurbished. They didn’t supply us with any water bottles. Even for the toilet papers, we need to ask the cleaning lady to give us some. However, the beach view from our room is amazing. Be prepared in the night, as there will be a big party happening in the pool and they are very loud. The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear everything."
HOTEL KAISER
"Very bad staff and rude, the receptionist was very rude specially the one at night"
Hotel Soussana
"Beware of the man with kind of ginger hair at recption, wanting to charge us extra tourist hotel tax! Not just a little more but a lot more x3 times more of the correct rate was! After a welcoming arguement with him we managed to get it almost correct, yet still an extra charge for wifi in room he said! Nooooo how stupid of him. we couldn’t be bothered arguing anymore but he will do his best to overcharge. As we walked to our room he then said a bad name in Arabic. Tv in room but no tv controller! we didnt want to speak to him again to ask for remote as probably another hidden charge! For a 2star hotel we thought the breakfast was good."
Dar Baaziz
"Beautiful structure in the center of the Medina!"
MARHABA CLUB
"I had the best time ever in my life in Marhaba club. There is so many activities for everyone we especially liked vatergames and animators - Fouffa and Cycy, and barmens Atef Bouslama and all the others. Hotrl personel are at the top odlf the assignment. We are definitely coking back next year!"
