First room given smelled like mold upon entering and then quickly gave us another room that was perfect

I never experienced a problem with any prior stays at this specific hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was great and the location of the hotel is ideal. It's close to restaurants, retail shopping and the interstate. Problem - smoking by the individual(s) in the next room. This concern was reported to the person on duty immediately. Apology was offered - end of story. We were under the assumption that the hotel was smoke free. Totally up set with this particular stay. We will monitor our bill to ensure were are not charged the smoking fee $$$

The hotel is very clean. It was quiet except for some xhuldren running in the galls and some loud music in the parking lot. The hotel does have quiet hours starting at 10 so it was calm by then. Great place to stay and it's near some restaurants.

This was a pleasant experience, so much so that I booked an additional 2 more days added to my original stay. Hotel was very clean and the staff was very accommodating and kind. Truly a pleasant experience as an out of town guest. Thank you

Staff member at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. This is a very nice hotel. I have been coming here about twice a year for 7 years and I have never been disappointed.

The ladies up front are rude . There’s never towels by the pool. There were kids and adults slipping and falling all over the lobby asking for towels because when you call nobody actual brings them. There was throw up in the elevator and when we told the front desk nothing was done . It was there the next morning . I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels in the area . I recommend the holiday inn express instead . Rooms are bigger, cleaner, and the staff is AMAZING. The sign for the room numbers kept falling off the wall.. wall paper was peeling and the door bottom of the bathroom was bubbling from the shower leaking . For how expensive this hotel is priced it’s not as good as any other hotel in the area . I went here about 7 years ago and it was beautiful. I don’t know what happened but it’s really a shame nobody’s kept up with it. The only staff who wasn’t rude was the kitchen staff in the morning . That women was wonderful and asked about my kids every morning we woke up and had breakfast. She’s great . Update your rooms and your staff .

Clean, quiet, and nice staff. Breakfast, pool, free parking, what else do you need? It’s great!

We had a very short stay here, but everything was great. The staff were all very friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

My experience at this hotel was very horrible never have to worry about me coming here ever again
