Spa Hotels in Beijing

This time, my girlfriend and I chose to celebrate a special day of love at the Mandarin Oriental Qianmen in Beijing. I had heard that Qianmen MO ranked 14th in the 2026 World Top 50 Hotels, so we decided to experience it ourselves. To summarize: Hotel Service - full marks; Cultural Experience - full marks; Hotel Decor - full marks. I communicated our check-in time with the butler in advance. Upon arrival, the Director of Housekeeping, our butler, the doorman, and about 5 other staff members greeted us warmly with a bouquet of roses. From that moment on, whether it was the decor evoking old Beijing hutongs or the warm welcome service, I immediately fell deeply in love with it. Once we entered the room, the special occasion decorations and welcome amenities were all perfectly arranged. I'd like to specially commend our butler, Miss Melody. She truly treated us with sincerity and meticulously met our needs. From booking Ten Triggers Bar to arranging transportation, breakfast requests, and late check-out, everything was communicated through a dedicated WeChat group and arranged perfectly in advance. Many thanks! Regarding the stay experience, this was my first time staying in a hotel with a private courtyard. We stayed at Dongcheng Caocang 3 Tiao, and the entire small courtyard was ours. I even felt like I had a home in Beijing, a siheyuan of my own. (On a side note, the butler told us we were very lucky to be staying in the same room where Dylan Wang once stayed). It was a perfect, happy, and unforgettable stay. I hope to return here again for another stay on a snowy winter day.

I have no complaint for this hotel at all. I love all about the hotel the room is excellent and clean The toilet is clean and covered with doors, no such thing as open toilet or see thru toilet. If youre malaysian, the only flaw is the bidet part but its ok. Customer service is excellent, they very helpful despite the language barrier but they try their best. Actually my favourite part is the laundry room, they got steamer iron and washer and dryer for the guest to use it for free. If ever u need someone who can help u in english, call for the “016” guy at the reception. Overall the stay is nice.

I specifically booked this room for my parents, and the overall experience was incredibly reassuring. The hotel was clean and tidy, the room had great lighting and ventilation, and the bed was just the right firmness, ensuring my parents slept soundly. The front desk staff were patient and attentive, check-in was quick, and any requests were handled promptly. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation, is quiet and not noisy, and the facilities are safe and worry-free, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay for my parents. The value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future family trips. Highly recommended for families!

This hotel offers a very comfortable stay. The room facilities are well-maintained, the breakfast is delicious, the bar serves amazing drinks, and the location is superb. More importantly, the service is exceptionally good. The hotel staff are very attentive to guests' requests and feedback, and you can tell they work hard to provide a comfortable, pleasant, and satisfying stay. Stena, Osgood, Lina, Yulia, Mavis, and housekeeping staff Fen Fen are all warm, friendly, and professional.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Tiananmen Square. The room was spacious and even had a bathtub, which was great for a relaxing soak. My child was so happy as soon as they walked in! However, for a family room, I think kids' toothbrushes should be provided automatically instead of guests having to request them. Also, the bottled water provided was 'Bing Lu', which felt a bit cheap considering the price of over 1000 yuan per night. I'd expect better quality water for that price point. Other than that, everything else was perfect!

The service truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give a big thumbs up and thank you! 👍🏻 My child left an Apple Pencil in the hotel room, but we didn't realize it was missing until long after we got home. I called the hotel to inquire, but the room had already been cleaned and new guests had checked in, and the pencil wasn't found. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond, communicating with various departments, re-entering the room, and meticulously searching. They finally found it tucked between the nightstand and the bed! They called me immediately to confirm and shipped it back to me. My child was thrilled to get it back! I'm so grateful for the hotel staff's diligent and thoughtful service, which saved us from a financial loss. While the hotel isn't brand new, the interior decor is clearly well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. It's clean, well-equipped, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We requested buckwheat pillows and mineral water, and they were promptly delivered to our room after we left a voicemail. Overall, our stay was a fantastic experience!

I usually stay in suites when I'm in hotels, as the service tends to be better. However, I was absolutely astonished by the service attitude at the InterContinental Sanlitun. My room was west-facing, and the air conditioning system was broken – it wasn't cooling at all. When I called the front desk, their response was, 'Could you please just close the blackout curtains?' I honestly had to laugh, it was so ridiculous. But I figured I was already there, so no point in letting it ruin my mood. I didn't say anything more. Both afternoons I spent in the room, I was literally sweating. And the breakfast ingredients at the executive lounge weren't fresh. I really don't understand what kind of service justifies a 5000+ RMB room rate. Even the bed linen comfort was just average. Honestly, the Bulgari is only a ten-minute walk away. Staying at the InterContinental after a month at the Bulgari was truly a mistake! It just goes to show, you really can't downgrade your experience.

My stay this time was absolutely wonderful, and I have to give a special shout-out to Leah at the front desk! I arrived in the evening to check in and wanted to change the floor of my reserved room. Leah patiently helped me check for available room types, and all my pre-noted requests were properly taken care of. The room was clean and spacious, high up and very quiet, with a great view. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep. The welcome amenities were thoughtfully prepared, and the in-room supplies were plentiful. The only minor downside was that the room facilities weren't great, but everything else was fine.

you visited Jialong Hotel and taxi driver would drop you off at the A building (biggest one) - so there were not the lobby/ reception. You need to go left when you enter and see the B building with Tim Horton sign so you can go there and talk to the receptionist for your check in. I enjoyed my stay especially gym and breakfast buffet .

This hotel offers pretty good value for money, with an excellent location and affordable prices. While the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. However, the customer service and the female front desk staff were quite subpar. They were unwilling to offer room upgrades or late check-outs, which was disappointing. I hope they improve, as it would be a shame to waste such a great location and the efforts of most of the other staff members.
