Hotel excellent, Service Incredible, attention great, food delicious. Everything was ok. Nevertheless Trip offered us a Theater Tickets and the staff said, this is not a reservation from Hotel, they don’t have tickets, this issue need to clarify directly with Trip. Until now nothing clarified with trip. Offering extra events without respect about that is not a good service. Sorry. We took a foot bath Massage sesión, they had a extra charge for the oil they used. That was not fair. Nevertheless I will use again this hotel, reservation directly with hotel and no massage. As I commented, the best hotel in Jiuzhaigo.😌

During the annual leave, I went to Jiuzhaigou with my good friends. The high-speed rail is very convenient now. You can take a direct bus to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area after getting off the high-speed rail. We chose Rundu Hotel, which is within walking distance to the tourist center. It is great. The hotel is very distinctive. You can take a break, chat, drink tea, and take photos in the courtyard. I will stay in this hotel again next time.

The experience from check-in to check-out was amazing this time👍The pick-up service was provided by Master Hu, who introduced us to the landmarks and local culture along the way. This stay was our wedding anniversary, and the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room in advance, sent us red wine and cakes. Whether we went to the lobby bar for afternoon tea or the ******* hot pot for dinner, the service staff would send us blessings and gifts when they saw us, and even the napkins and fruits were made into the shape of hearts❤️The sense of ceremony was full😊The housekeeper Anna was meticulous and responded promptly. She carefully made an album of our photos during our stay in the hotel and our trip. It was an unexpected travel experience🎉Share some photos of the stay, the real scene is much better than the photos

Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

CCarlosExcellent hotel. It is about 11 kilometres (7 miles) away from the Jiuzhaigo national park but there were always taxis or didi around and they charged between 40 and 45 yuan. I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******. The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request. I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

JJanetNgHotel location is near to Jiuzhai scenic area, convenient as hotel provides transport service between hotel to nearby location. If taking railway followed by bus services, bus services only stop at other hotels hence from bus final stop will have to walk a little else cab to hotel. Breakfast is ok, provides fruits & nice coffee. Only issue is the water pressure and hot water system for shower, will have to wait for long and water stops or turned cold at times,else all great. Service staff are helpful and friendly.

BBrian_Wong_The Ji Sheng Hotel is located just 2 mins walk from Xingyu Hotel, so if one is taking the bus from Huanglong Jiuzhai station just stop at the final location. The hotel is clean, room is good and spacious. The service at the front desk is fantastic, giving lots of concern and very helpful about where and what to do, booking advices etc. There are also many eateries and groceries and fruit shops around the area. Take a cab or didi to the Jiuzhaigou entrance is only 15Y. The breakfast is good, but when I stayed here for 3 nights it is all the same every morning. Food is mediocre but acceptable. Overall I give 5 star rating.

AAndrosWSHMalaysian, Visited on 17 till 19th NOV 24, total 3 days 2 night. 1) For young travelers looking for a homestay experience that feels less commercial but is friendly and unique, you can book this hotel, and you won't regret it! 2) As this is animal friendly homestay, my initial concerns about hygiene and cleanliness were eliminated immediately upon entering the lobby. There were no strange odors indoors or in the surrounding hotel areas, which was a pleasant surprise! 3) As the hotel is located behind a restaurant and the pathway to the entrance is a ramp. You can inform the hotel about your arrival time through WeChat, and they will come out to help with your luggage when you arrived. Good service and friendly indeed! 4) Honorable mention for their services and facilities: a) They were happy to change/upgrade my room when I told them I booked the wrong type. (Only when there are other rooms available) b) Other than floor heating, their toilet seat has a heating function too. c) They can reserve the afternoon teatime set until you return back to hotel but must notify them one day in advance. d) There is washing & drying machine available! Free to use for hotel guest! These overall experiences were too good that it truly worth my time to give long review with photos. Keep up the good work!

TTreesudaFive minutes walk to Jiuzhaigou gate. Good breakfast. Staffs cannot speak English but they used translator equipment which I have never seen at any hotel before, that’s quite brilliant! It showed their adaptation in communication with foreigners.

The villages we passed by on the way were also very *******. When we arrived at the farm, the scenery was even more beautiful. Behind it was a forest covered with snow. The boss said that only their hotel had snow in this season. In short, it was so beautiful. You can also see horses and puppies in the hotel. The dogs are so cute. JJulien HengThe room design looked pretty nice and the bed was pretty comfy. The location is very convenient as there are many shops such as KFC and McDonalds in the adjacent buildings. The entrance to the Jiuzhaiguo National Park is within 10 mins walking distance. The only downside is that the room has no window so there is no fresh air circulation. The initial room we got was reeked of cigarette smoke even though the room was listed online as non-smoking when we booked it. We had to ask for a new room.

GGuest UserThe first time I traveled far away, I chose Hilton Garden Inn when I came to Jiuzhaigou. Because it is the peak season for traveling in Jiuzhaigou, the express hotels close to the scenic spot are close to 1,000 yuan per night, and the conditions are naturally incomparable to Hilton. As soon as I registered at the front desk, I got a room upgrade. Because I had a little altitude sickness before, I was afraid that I would be uncomfortable. The lobby manager also gave me a can of oxygen. It was really thoughtful 😘 The service staff was small and would ask about my accommodation requirements in advance. It was really pleasant to communicate! The upgraded one-bedroom and one-living room room made me feel relaxed and happy when I entered the door. A full-length mirror and a stereo, plus a separate cloakroom, and a separate washroom. It really makes people feel clean and comfortable, and the joy of traveling is doubled 😁 The breakfast is complete, and friends from the north and south can find their favorite food. In addition, Hilton also has a free shuttle bus to and from Jiuzhaigou, which varies in different seasons. This can save dozens of taxi fees. If you want to eat local food, there are several good restaurants near the hotel. It is up to you to choose, and basically all the dishes are large. The friends I met in Jiuzhaigou were all warm and friendly. The scenery was beautiful and the people were simple. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I will still choose to stay here.

GGuest UserThe location of this inn is literally in the centre of the town, which provides easy access to restaurants (for ******* food and BBQ, can ask for recommendations from the inn owner Xiao Bi or Mr Feng) and the most famous show ”Jiu Zai Qian Gu Qing” (highly recommended even if you can't speak Chinese)(15 mins walk). Although it is a bit distant from the national park entrance (10 mins driving distance), the owner Mr. Feng offered free transportation taking us there and picking us up. The owners were really friendly and helpful. There is an in-house restaurant which serves local specialties such as highland beef hotpot and wild mushroom free range chicken hotpot. The home-made honey yogurt barley wheat bread was super delicious. We had to leave early for a bus back to Chengdu (7.45am), Xiao Bi made an effort to get up early to cook us noodles for breakfast. Beautiful scenery around the Inn. The inn was converted from a traditional ******* property. The rooms were decorated and furnished in a Chinese style and each bed comes with its own panda. The inn provides disposable towels every day, which is probably not everyone's cup of tea, as they are quite small if you have long hair, but there is a hair dryer available. This inn is for people who like to enjoy the slow pace of life in the Highlands (you can't rush physically as you could easily get out of breath due to low oxygen levels) and who like social interaction with other travellers and inn owners. The owners are not English speaking but they have no problems communicating with non Chinese speakers using a translation app.

GGuest UserA great hotel, impeccable from the environment to the service, especially the service of Bam at the front desk, which added points to the trip to Jiuzhaigou. When we checked in, we upgraded the room type, and gave us an extra cup of coffee, and asked us to add WeChat, which perfectly solved our needs during our stay. The restaurant breakfast is also very rich. As a high-star hotel near the world-class tourist attraction Jiuzhaigou, tourists eat at around 7:00 in the morning peak, and there are occasional queues. I understand that. I read the comments that Howard Johnson is a bit old, and there will be old guest rooms. In fact, the guest rooms are well maintained, and the bedding and quilts are very comfortable. After a day of playing, I basically fell asleep at night. Jiuzhaigou is worthy of being a world-class scenic spot. As a frequent traveler, I say that the scenery here is breathtaking and beautiful beyond words. The accommodation experience of Tianyuan Howard Johnson Hotel is also perfect. It is fully capable of receiving tourists from all over the world who have requirements for accommodation conditions. Thank you Tianyuan Howard Johnson Hotel for helping us with our perfect trip to Jiuzhaigou.
