GGuest UserA friendly, unfussy welcome. We asked for two separate duvets for one room. It worked on the third attempt ;). As we'd read in guest reviews, it was confirmed that the attentiveness of the service staff, including management, at breakfast could be improved, even during off-peak times. We were quickly assigned a table, but we weren't able to order drinks. Eye contact with the staff wasn't possible. We were finally able to place our orders at the buffet. No problem, we'll definitely be happy to come back when we're in Munich.

WWei Ming PekFirst, I would not recommend this hotel to travelers with young children or elderly family members. The surrounding area is highly mixed and felt unsafe during our stay. Within just three nights in Munich, we personally witnessed incidents including fighting and shop theft. This created a strong sense of insecurity for us as a family traveling with young children. Second, the bathroom design is extremely inconsiderate and poses safety risks. The raised bathroom floor becomes very slippery after the first person showers, yet no grab bars or safety features are provided. This is unacceptable for a hotel of such a well-known brand, and it is shocking that guest safety was clearly not considered during the design stage. Third, the housekeeping service was disappointing. Despite being out since morning, our room was not cleaned when we returned in the evening. When we requested assistance just to empty the rubbish bin, the cleaner refused, claiming our room was not within their assigned work area—even though it was on the same floor. Cleaning was only carried out after we called the housekeeping hotline, which left us very disappointed with the service standard. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations for a branded hotel, particularly in terms of safety, design consideration, and service quality.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is pretty good. It's closed by most tourist spots in Munich. The staff is quite nice & helpful. The spa and gym is quite nice, and breakfast is good too. However, my mom found a little dirty stuff in the shower when she first got into her room. That's a minus. Overall, the hotel is quite good.

TTravel itinerary 1Let's start with the spa - an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment I stepped into the tranquil haven of the Vier Jahreszeiten Spa, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and well-being. The spa facilities are impeccable, featuring a range of treatments and therapies that cater to every guest's needs. The expert therapists displayed a deep understanding of their craft, ensuring a customized and revitalizing experience. After indulging in one of their signature massages, I felt completely refreshed and invigorated. The spa's attention to detail and commitment to providing a sanctuary of calmness was truly impressive. As for the location, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is a true gem in the heart of Munich. Situated on the prestigious Maximilianstrasse, it offers an ideal home base for exploring the vibrant city. From the hotel, you can easily reach Munich's iconic attractions, designer boutiques, and renowned dining establishments. The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep. The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring. In conclusion, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is a top-tier hotel that truly understands the art of hospitality. The remarkable spa and the unbeatable location in the heart of Munich set it apart as a destination that caters to travelers seeking a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of Munich in a luxurious and welcoming setting.

CcroissantteThe hotel service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. However, the cleanliness could be improved. We left used coffee glasses in the room and they were not replaced or washed. We also noticed a hole in the blanket and some yellow stains. We asked for a toothbrush, but were told there was no stock, which was a bit surprising for a Pullman. On the positive side, they provide a washing machine that guests can use, you just need to buy the coin from the receptionist.

MMitangI had walked past this hotel before and thought it looked quite nice. So, when I went to Munich for an interview, I decided to book it. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was clean and hygienic. The hotel is very close to both the subway and bus stations, making it super convenient to get to the city center. There are also supermarkets and bakeries nearby, which is really handy. I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserA nice hotel, but the two bedroom is not really a two bedroom. It's more like a one bedroom plus the living area converted into the second sleeping area. I find the ”two bedroom” room type too squeezy for 4 pax. We cannot even eat together on the same table, no table space and not enough chairs. Also, although there is a lift, our floor is not at the lift landing, it's in-between the lift landing, so for those carrying big luggage, it was tedious, not recommended. Otherwise, the room facilities are good, the location is great. They also allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in, so that is nice too.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but transportation is convenient. It's also close to the park across the street, perfect for a run. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the food at the Westin across the street is excellent.

RRalfService at Bayerischer Hof starts outside, when arriving by car: They take care of your luggage and take the keys to park your car. Reception is very friendly, helpful and effectively under the Corona-Regulations, to provide a good room for you. Breakfast is still good, but before Corona-Times it was definitely better. I only managed a Dinner at Trader Vic's, which is quite nice for tourists, but not the original food I know from Asia myself. The four days at the Bayerischer Hof were the most comfortable time I had this year. And now I plan to be back there in December - same hotel.
