"Lobby had a good ambience, receptionists were friendly and helpful, location was just next to batam ferry terminal which was so convenience for check in and check out. Room was complete with amenities. Pillow and bed were soo comfy. For rm160/night, this hotel deserved a 5-start review. Keep up a good work"

Apart from the facilities being a little old, everything else was quite good. I would like to make a small suggestion. My child has visited twice, but was reluctant to enter the indoor playground on both occasions because it felt a little scary. The environment in the playground is somewhat dark. Perhaps the playground could be redesigned to be cleaner, brighter, more cheerful and welcoming. I believe this would make children feel more comfortable and encourage them to enjoy the play area more.

Had a pleasant stay at Panbil Residence Batam. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment and were impressed with how spacious, clean, and comfortable it was. My 3D2N stay here was so good. The staff is very welcoming. I asked for Birthday Complimentary decorations but they did not have that and need to pay 250,000 idr if want but I choose to not do it. So kinda disappointed but since the staff is polite so I’m good. Thanks for everything. I had a pleasant stay here. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Stay here for 2nights and its worth it. First of all, we are truly happy that we can check in early because of our ferry time schedule are being fast forward and ruin our plan. Staff are really hepful and efficient. My child hit the headboard and was bleeding, Im asking if they provided any services to go to the clinic. The employee immediately took his own car to take me to the clinic without any further question. But I forget to ask his name because I was panic and anxious that time. Terima kasih Pak, I hope can meet you again to thanks you properly next time. Hotel room just basic but super clean and well maintained. minus point the headboard are just plain, not safety at all. you can literally hit your head. Breakfast buffet are really good. I love the fish fillet and ayam lada hitam. Many variations of food that you can choose other than indonesian food like Japanese and western food.

This is a pleasant hotel located near Harbour Bay, although it is not within comfortable walking distance. The food and service were both very good. A special mention goes to the chef preparing the fried noodles—they were outstanding, and I would happily return just to enjoy that dish again. The guest room was comfortable, but the furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement. The swimming pool access felt a little unusual, as the entrance is located next to the restaurant, while the changing rooms are quite a distance away, making it less convenient for guests. The gym is spacious, which is a great feature. However, many of the machines were out of order, so maintaining or replacing the equipment would significantly improve the fitness facilities.

A Perfect 3D2N Mother-Son Getaway! This was my second visit to Batam View Beach Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I brought my mom this time, and she enjoyed everything about our stay. Food: Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious mix of local and Western dishes. While we were bummed that the seafood restaurant was closed for dinner, the indoor restaurant/bar completely made up for it with great food and service. Amenities: The resort facilities are excellent, and my mom took full advantage of them. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

Overall, an average stay. The staff were very friendly and we really appreciated the complimentary birthday cake! However, the room was a little old, the air-con was quite noisy, and the bedsheet had some stains and looked yellowish. Breakfast selection was limited too, and unfortunately our nasi goreng was served cold. The friendly service was a plus, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, room condition, and breakfast quality.

Very good service. Pool looks dirty and shallow. Breakfast had a variety and decent tasting. Hotel had a convenient minimart downstairs, staffed by a cute fluffy kitty! Hotel also has a good central location, many attractions are within easy reach. Around walking distance from the hotel are Nagoya Hill mall, and an area between fave hotel, Thamrin Food Court and Astons Nagoya. That area has a good satay stall and many massage outlets. Many more food options and more minimarts are also available there!

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.
