Spa Hotels in Makati

The rooms were spotless, the service was warm and attentive, and the location was convenient. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it! This hotel provided an excellent experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was very effective. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The location is super convenient with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

We spent 3 nights here at the Shangrila Makati: The room is outdated and carpet needs to be changed. The room layout was too weird with the dome shaped ceiling in the middle of the room. The bathroom also needs updating, water keeps on leaking out of the side glass door which makes the floor wet. I wasn’t expecting it to be like this for a 5 star hotel. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet coz there plenty of choices and food was tasty. We probably stay in a newer hotel on the area with modern hotel facilities and more inviting bathroom than the one in Shangrila Makati. The quakity of service is good from the staffs who are always helpful and willing to assist.

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

Sorry i forgot to take a picture inside my room.. but the room is pretty comfortable for 2 person, i booked the twin one. Also there's a refrigerator for store some food/drink, for the amenitites unfortunately there's no toothbrush & toothpaste. Drinks are provide by refill. Glad to stay here because there's so much food & restaurant in this area. I arrived in the morning and they said the room is still full so i can not check in early, but don't worry we still can store our luggage there. Overall i enjoy to stay at Lub D Makati ☺︎

Great location in the heart of Poblacion, with lots of restaurants, cafés, and nightlife nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly. It can get noisy at night due to the nearby bars and traffic, but the hotel provides complimentary earplugs, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, a great stay and good value for money.

Very dissappointed about the condition of the room they provided and the amount of the security deposited. Old and kinda dark lights inside the room. They are requiring 4k security deposit despite of the condition of the hotel and rooms. Hotels located in BGC, Cubao, Pasay and Paranaque they are not requiring that SD amount even though they are high rated hotel compare with this Hotel. With that amount of SD they shoud upgrate their TV into Smart TV one instead of ordinary cable tv access. With that kind of ambiance, I felt im staying in Sogo or budgeted hotel room. Not classy looking room. Housekeeping staff are very accommodating unlike front desk staff whic is very snob. Over all rating 7 out of 10.

Location is perfect. The room was ok, however the drain was malfunctioning and had to call housekeeping to get assistance. Also specifically requested for room preference but was told by receptionist that it was first come first serve basis to be accommodated.

Great location close to everything. They serve brrakfast and have a little shop open 24hrs. Very quiet and clean. Staff is super friendly. Make sure to bring cash for room deposit.

I had a great stay in the Deluxe Queen Studio Suite. The room is incredibly clean, minimalist, and functional, featuring a very comfortable queen bed with fresh linens. It includes all the essentials for a seamless stay, including a strong AC, a flat-screen TV, a spacious work desk, and a cozy little seating area. The bathroom is spotlessly clean with modern fixtures and a reliable water heater for the shower. It is a perfect, hassle-free choice if you want a straightforward and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended!

A budget hotel, situated in the heart of the Makati adult entertainment district. Friendly and helpful staff. Bedrooms in need of refurbishment but OK for the price charged.
