I went to this hotel on the 3rd of may 2024 when arriving. The girl behind the desk was really really nice but unfortunately i did not get any help with our bags carrying them up two flights of stairs Which I found was a big struggle even though i was taken to where the room was. The actual hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are cleaned daily and are cleaned to a very good standard. The food is warm and implices cold and not a great big choice. Also, I did not see snacks around throughout the day but I was told a snack was like some fruit if you needed it but I never needed it. But for someone else who may need extra things like pizzas, burgers, fries, anything like that? It's not on the snack boards because there is none if you want a peaceful holiday. This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay but there is not much around. Also coming from Birmingham airport it is a 2-hour transfer which I think is a little bit long. Well ews for me. I did get help to have my bag bought to the coach on the way back which I thought was brilliant The hotel is very hilly So if you're not very good at walking, I would not recommend going here. The gentleman urso behind the bar who was young was very lovely and very helpful to all his customers. Also, I did notice that some people add their cases taken to their room and also add tables with numbers on reserved for them or that people that went on already didn't get that. But there were two coach loads of people who had tables reserved which was an awful lot. It only left about four tables for anybody else who was just normal holiday visitors example myself . I had to ask where I could sit to eat because I could not eat where there was a number . I don't know if it was the beginning of the season but there was only one lot of entertainment I've seen in one week which was a man playing on a saxophone When leaving from the hotel I was not asked if I had a good time or even wish me goodbye which is very sad. But as for the actual hotel, it is beautiful. Lovely sights to see the beach is great which is all I wanted really.

This year we were in this hotel for the third time.  The first time we were there was about 10 years ago and it was in bad condition then.  The hotel was renovated a few years ago, and they are still continuing with renovations.  And that's great.  The rooms are nice, they are cleaned every day, the bed linen is changed every other day.  The staff is friendly, especially those who work at the reception.  The only bad thing if I may say so is the beach.  It is small and always crowded.  The sunbeds are very close to each other.  But the sea is beautiful.  The water is clean and warm.  The only complaint is that they shortened the working hours of the restaurant.  Until this year, dinner was until 9:30 p.m., and this year until 9:00 p.m.  The waiters already at 9 p.m. started to hurry people to finish.  So you can't come until 9:00 p.m., but you have to finish by 9:00 p.m.  People come here on vacation, they want to stay as long as possible on the beach, and not rush to dinner.  Although the food is excellent, the selection is smaller than last year.  Everything is very tasty, except the pizza.  You really don't want to try pizza. All in all we like the hotel and will probably come again.

The Hotel itself. The hotel is made up of lots of apar**ents in blocks dotted all over the hillside. It is VERY hilly with very steep slopes and steps - definitely not for anyone with mobility problems. We arrived with no mobility problems but left with quite a few. 100 steep steps or and extremely steep hill to get to our room, see photos! When we booked, it only said "not suitable for people with mobility issues'. This was then changed to "set on a hill side with many step" Tui failed to tell us of this change! (The first mislead) Complained twice about the expedition to our room but they would not change! We were physically unable to return to our room during the day so had to use the public toilets to change for lunch which was not ideal. The Food & Drink. The restaurant is buffet style help yourself. There is no ‘cooking in front of you’ as advertised on the TUI website - (the second mislead issue) As a lot of the other reviews have said, the food is ALWAYS cold to luke-warm at best, even if we arrived for dinner or breakfast when it opened at 7am/7pm on the dot, the food was still cold. We was expect some sort of greek food but it didn't appear, not even on Greek night. Had to visit the town to get some decent hot food. The dining staff cannot wait to take your plate which I found a bit rude, the second you place your cutlery down, they’re on you wanting to take it away immediately. Drinks at the restaurant are all self serve, wine, beer, coffee, soft drinks, fizzy etc. the drinks are cheap/watery but what I would expect for an all inclusive hotel in reality. Pool/Pool Bar: Only opens at 10am. So if you want something to drink between breakfast at 7am and 10am, there is nothing and you have to wait. All the drink machines are covered up and switched off. Not really what I’d expect from “all inclusive”. The pool has been recently renovated and is no longer ‘deep’ as other reviews mention. It starts shallow and then steadies out to 1.20m. The life guard will have you out of the pool on the dot of 6pm! There is ONLY ONE pool, NOT 3 like the TUI page states, (the third mislead) but then I figured they include the paid spa pool as a second pool which is ridiculous to say there is more than 1 pool when you have to pay to use the spa to use the second pool! No children’s pool either as advertised by TUI. There WAS an adults only outdoor pool which is now emptied and closed off to the the guests use- utterly ridiculous. We walked past and saw it all boarded up. The bar staff seem miserable and just sit on their phone and smoke when they’re not serving guests. The pool does not open until 10am. I didn’t like this at all. We had breakfast at 7am and then headed to the pool and by 9am it was boiling but you’re not allowed in the pool until 10am. I’ve never been on holiday when the pool opens so late. The snacks at the pool bar are only ham cheese and tomato rolls so no good for vegetarians etc. there is also a cabinet next to the fr

Overall a very good holiday The pool area is fantastic and the beach, and our rooms Seaview was simply breath taking. I'll try do a breakdown of the bits to specifically call out. Overall, good points: Views were amazing! The pool is beautiful with deck chairs in the shallow to relax on The staff were friendly, especially around the pool area The drinks were absolutely fine, stand all inc really. Cocktails were not too sugary as we've found on other holidays. The beer is your typical beer, probs only 2% but fine round the pool The rooms were always clean with bedding changed daily The sea is incredibly clear - take a snorkel! The bits to feed back on: The food. It was cold, and in one occasion, found raw pork. The lamps keeping the food warm, well, isn't warm! This must be addressed. The food was actually tasty, but just cold! The amount of waste, which is typical of Greece from exp is crazy. Please provide recycling points for the eco friendly peeps! It is very hilly, but the views don't come without a price! If you're struggling mobility wise, try to get a lower room. It's a big hill! Overall, value for money we had a fab holiday and it was a very standard all inclusive holiday. We paid £1400 for a week. We really enjoyed it overall!

All inclusive holiday at a very good price. Hillside location with lovely gardens and a 50 minute walk to Ouranopoulos for boat trips to Mt Athos. We caught the bus back. Outside pool area is very pleasant but this is the only area to get drinks in the evening. The 'taverna' opposite reception was closed all week. Food and presentation is to a very high standard but we did have concerns about plastic recycling. It appeared that everything disposed of was just adding to landfill. The hotel is not exclusively holiday makers and did have team building guests on the Friday/Saturday who were noisy and inconsiderate. Nearly every table in the outside area of the restaurant was full of young smokers so a constant smell of acrid smoke over the weekend. The hotel is located 100 metres from the beautiful Halkidiki coastline and the beach had two friendly bar tenders and the whole a**osphere here was very relaxing. By contrast the staff member on the ice creams in the restaurant appeared not to be enjoying her job at all. If hospitality isn't your bag, move on. In terms of recommendation think about what you're paying for the hotel room, food and drinks after your flight and you are getting extremely good value for money and a week in a very beautiful part of Greece. So would rebook in the future.

Went with TUI on an all-inclusive last minute break which was 40% off so what amazing value – all in all the hotel has had some modernisation but some parts of it looked like it needed a bit of TLC. The pool area is new and the toilets poolside brand new and always clean - rooms are clean too and bathrooms are new - but think more like a Best Western than a luxury hotel though. Staff are all friendly through out - tennis court almost never used - had to go to the town to buys decent balls though as the one supplied by hotel were not useable - we left them so you should have no issues! The beach is quite nice and clean although this hotel's area is really busy with chairs in every available space but it's quite easy just to walk down the beach and use the chairs from another hotel which were spaced out a lot more. Food wise there was some variety although it was always lukewarm and after a week it does get a bit boring – but in my exp with all inclusives you really do get what you pay for - same with drinks - quite cheap and watery (the best food we had was from the hotel a few hundred yards down the road and paid in their beach bar and had the best Greek salad and calamari) Part of Greece doesn't seem to be occupied by a lot of UK holidaymakers most of the people in the hotel were from Bulgaria or Croatia seem to have driven down – it's not the most beautiful part of Greece but for a quick one holiday was ideal. By the way rent a boat we got one for the day they range from €7230 plus petrol about €30 really is a very good way to spend the day all in all good value for money with TUI so no complaints

Just back from a weeks stay ,we read before it was hilly so I emailed and asked for a suitable room and we had a fab room which staff kept immaculately clean Food was very good with plenty choice the only thing tea/coffee in the room would be a huge plus Staff we met some lovely friendly staff but also some real miserable ones Regarding the pool the lifeguard was so nice and polite but people were told not allowed to use till 10am so maybe you need to sort that 9am would be far better We enjoyed our stay so thank you
