1-Star Hotels in Berlin

A really nice and clean hotel with well-appointed rooms, and the small kitchenette with a fridge is a perfect addition. The location right near Checkpoint Charlie is superb. There are small cafes around, as well as McDonald's and KFC where you can eat relatively cheaply. The room cleaning wasn't great because we seemed to always be in the room at the wrong time. The one time out of three days that the room was cleaned, the trash cans unfortunately weren't emptied.

An excellent hotel for the price. If you plan to explore the area on foot, this is the ideal choice. It is close to the train station, conveniently located, and features nice rooms. For Europe, the price is very affordable. You can book with confidence—I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. You just need to go by walk. A lot of great places you can see just go walk around the hotel.

A comfortable stay with good value, well appointed rooms. Amenities were lacking (no kettle or coffee/tea) but no major complaints. Service was fine, location is good in a business / residential area.

A lovely small hotel. The staff are warm and unobtrusive. Rooms are clean and comfortable for relaxation. Close to the city center and well connected to all parts of Berlin. Everything you need is available within a five-minute walk.

The location is fantastic! Right across the street, you'll find the S3 and S9 train stations, which take you directly to the Central Station. There's also a very old and well-preserved military castle nearby that's definitely worth a visit. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, but it was very clean, and the breakfast view was superb.

I stayed in 4 bed dorm room. It was a good stay. Hostel is located about 10 min walk from train and metro station. It's a pretty big hostel and each floor has sufficient washroom and toilets. I was able to store my luggage before and after check to expire the city. One things that can be introduced is a guest kitchen or atleast a microwave that cen be used by guests.

The hotel is new and the room is average. The bed is small, but the mattress is of a big brand and I slept very well. The price of the hotel is a bit expensive. It costs 5 stars for 3 stars. I will change the hotel next time I come to Berlin for business trip

Very spacious room with a king-size bed. Super comfortable and with plenty of pillows. Absolutely fantastic.

The pillows are too soft, not sleeping well. Besides, just wonder if it is a norm of no kettle in the room. It's not convenient as hot drinking water is essential.
