This is a very unruly hotel. Ctrip indicated that check-out should be before 14:00, but they forced me to check out at 12:00. I was totally unprepared and I didn't even have time to wash my face before they kept bombarding me with phone calls and text messages. It was raining heavily outside and my clothes were soaked. I was actually planning to extend my stay. I hope everyone will avoid such unruly hotels and don't stay there again. Such service attitude also tarnishes the overall tourism market of Suzhou!
