酒店做出了高級酒店的服務，大廳明亮，設施比較完善，早餐也很豐富，阿姨態度也很好。去蘇州樂園遊玩的第一選擇，步行過去10分鐘。

環境很好，窗户外面就是山，還有鳥叫，非常舒適。家居智能有小愛同學也很方便。服務很周到，中間吃飯很快就回來了但也打掃好了，非常不錯。
忘記拍照片了但是全季的品控還是可以相信的，和訂單的圖差不多的。

酒店的大廳寬敞明亮，環境優雅舒適，辦理入住時前台服務員熱情專業，還給我們介紹了周邊的景點。酒店房間打掃的非常乾淨，房間的設備齊全，酒店一樓還配備了健身房和洗衣房，都是自助的，使用起來非常方便，酒店房間都是大的落地窗，採光非常充足，房間的燈光亮度也很舒服，入住時服務員非常體貼提醒早餐位置等，有客需也非常及時的送到，阿姨也在打掃房間時也很細緻早餐也很豐盛，白粥煮的非常好喝，非常好的一次體驗，讓我感覺賓至如歸!以後入住就遠全季了!

我是和愛人一起入住的，這家酒店在我的閲歷中是真的很不錯，無論是設施還是服務態度，我都能感覺的到全季這個品牌的特別和温馨，其中一個很好的細節，酒店內部裝修的配色大部分採用一種原木色，看到的時候就感覺很舒服，而且不論是前台還是客房的大姐們，都很熱情，服務態度很不錯，高效的去滿足住客的需求，這點真的很棒，而且早餐也很豐富可口，並且離公交站很近，出行非常方便，出差和旅遊都選擇這家酒店。

房間滿分，空調十分安靜，床和整頭特別舒服，洗澡水又熱又大。房間朝南，正對蘇州樂園，可以在房間裏看到煙花🎆。早餐一般。
