Anonymous UserThis was by far the most satisfying hotel stay I've ever had. Firstly, the price was incredibly reasonable, yet the services available even before check-in were extensive, making my arrival comfortable from the very first moment. I also used the bar and had afternoon tea; both the atmosphere and service were wonderful, allowing for a truly luxurious experience.
The room was spotless, and the facilities and comfort were impeccable. The direct connection to a shopping complex made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Furthermore, with a casino on-site, there's plenty to enjoy without even leaving the hotel.
From service and location to facilities and value for money, everything was outstanding. Without a doubt, this was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I definitely want to come back again.

Hands down, the best hotel in Cebu! The scenery is breathtaking, and the beach is incredibly long, with soft sand and plenty of fish in the water. My kids absolutely loved it, especially with the dedicated children's pool and slides. The only downside is that breakfast gets incredibly crowded; it seems like many people who aren't even staying at the hotel come just for the breakfast, leading to long queues every morning. It's quite pricey, definitely the most expensive in Cebu, but absolutely worth it. I think I'll be back!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations. I stayed for three nights and didn't even leave the hotel once â I simply didn't want to! All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service that made my stay exceptionally comfortable. Housekeeping was super responsive; any request I had was handled very quickly.
The restaurant service was even more meticulous. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the staff would proactively and kindly ask if I wanted coffee or other drinks, and often, the coffee was even complimentary â such a heartwarming detail. The mangosteens and mangoes at breakfast were unlimited, making it a true 'fruit paradise' â so satisfying! The breakfast selection on Saturday and Sunday was rich and delicious, while Monday's was slightly less impressive, but overall, it was still fantastic. The entire experience was exceptional; I highly recommend this hotel!

Lilia PedejeroMy family and I recently stayed at Crimson for a night, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. My daughter absolutely loved the place, and the only word she could repeatedly say was, âAMAZING.â
The buffet breakfast was outstanding, especially the wide variety of options available for kids. It was thoughtful touches like these that made our stay even more enjoyable. The foam party at the infinity pool was also a big highlight and added so much fun and excitement for the children.
What truly made our stay memorable was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, warm, and approachable throughout our visit. During checkout, a piece of luggage belonging to a guest from Room 619 was accidentally loaded into our car. As soon as we discovered it, we immediately contacted the concierge, and the taxi driver kindly returned it to the hotel right away.
Overall, we had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at the resort. Thank you for the excellent service and experience â we would gladly return and highly recommend Crimson to others.

Great resort. Friendly staff. Order a scooter for you. This you need because it's quite apart. Prices for the a la card food was fine, not too expensive. Ride for the door. Snorkeling and flippers at the reception. Beach beds and sunshade, private beach.

ChanchanshuoThe hotel is about a 30-minute Grab ride from Cebu Airport, costing around 50 RMB. However, a white taxi from the airport has a fixed rate of 300 pesos (I'm not sure why Grab was more expensive).
First, the positives: The hotel has a certain design aesthetic. When the tide is high in the morning, the hotel's private beach is great for photos. There are paid activities like island hopping, fishing, and jet skiing available right on the beach. All three pools have good water quality (aside from a few fallen leaves). Pizza Hut offers relatively affordable prices, and the beef short ribs at Allegro all-day dining are a must-try for dinner â a huge portion for 950 pesos, and absolutely delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly; as long as you can communicate with a mix of English and gestures, they are always happy to help, but you need to be proactive in expressing yourself. Once, an Alipay payment was delayed, and the restaurant staff verified it through multiple channels â their attitude remained consistently friendly, which is the main reason I'm giving a perfect score đŻ.
Now for the negatives: The hotel's own promotion seems to be lacking. Before my trip, I found very few reviews or guides from Chinese travelers online, and indeed, most guests at the hotel were Koreans and Westerners, with Chinese guests making up less than 10%. Secondly, the room type classifications on Ctrip are quite confusing. The 'Executive Deluxe Room' is actually located in the hotel's only 6-story building. If you're afraid of bugs, you can request a higher floor, but this building faces the street, which can feel a bit less secure. The hotel also has room types similar to 'beach villas' in the Maldives, but you can't discern these from the Ctrip descriptions, so an update is recommended. Lastly, there were two issues with hygiene: first, there were quite a lot of flies at the dinner buffet, which Westerners didn't seem to mind much. The other was the water quality â I won't post pictures, but I brought my own shower filter, and it turned yellow after just one shower! I went through three in four days! OMG! I don't know if the water in Cebu is filtered seawater because it tasted a bit salty. So, as soon as you arrive, make sure to turn right out of the hotel and buy large bottles of mineral water from a 'ZMN' mart or something similar! I think you'll need it for washing (though I ate over a dozen meals at the hotel and didn't get sick, so perhaps I'm being overly cautious).
Overall, I feel this is a beautiful hotel that is a bit underestimated in its promotion. If you want to experience the local culture, I recommend staying here for a few days (P.S. The singer at the dinner restaurant did a really great rendition of 'Top of the World').

yaytakoFantastic stay and real island getaway!Â
View and waters are amazing, food was included in our stay (breakfast and dinner) and there are many free activities to take part. The view are spectacular! The rooms were clean and spacious for 2 pax- can fit up to 4 pax.Â
Favorite activity was to fish from the lagoon and watch the baby shark (white shark) feeding at 1130am and chilling at the hammock infront of the rooms.Â
Massages are quality if you want some wave asmr as they are done in the outdoor huts but only can do 1 hour blocks and require quick booking/advance booking as the masseuses are limited.Â
wifi connections are good islandwise but itâs more of chillax resort. The rooms have netflix and youtube.Â
do bring some night snacks or simple lunch as their restaurants close early at 9pm and ferry out are only during the lunch time

Guest UserI love this place because it is a big property with many different parts and things to do. There really many pools, an aqua park, an inflatable island on a large pool, a game room, a bar, a restaurant, a souvenir shop (that also sells basic medicines and toiletry needs), bathrooms, a garden, the beach front. If you are a family with children of different ages and even if you have grandparents in tow, this would be perfect.
Theyâre not stingy with lounge chairs either and in one pool, you can play volleyball.
Their rooms are good sized and comes with a small ref, hair dryer, a carafe and free tea and coffee. Their breakfast buffet is awesome with sooo many food and drinks to choose from.
There is a BDO cash machine and their staff are very helpful and polite.
Grab food are not allowed to deliver at the lobby, they can only make it to the gate of the property and while it is not far to walk there, you can ask for free shuttle to bring you to the gate to claim your order and then back to the lobby.
They also take credit cards and water stations on each floor where you can refill your water bottles. There are 2 large water bottles in each room.
I think the one issue I have is - I perceived this resort to be family friendly because of the many kinds of activities for different ages but our rooms came with bathrooms that has glass wall where a person outside the bathroom can pull up the blinds. I mean, why? When I booked the rooms, it didnât mention that the bathroom would be like that. I wish they would provide a distinction during booking so that people who donât want bathrooms to be like that can avoid it.

I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy.
My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi.
To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark.
The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering.
Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out.
My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner.
My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A.
I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.
