The price-performance ratio is very good. The food tastes good. The breakfast buffet was excellent: fruit, scrambled eggs, black beans, meat, chicken, jam, freshly squeezed juice, cappuccino on request, etc. The service was very courteous. Everything was wonderful.

Perfectly located near a shopping center, with outdoor parking provided. Reception staff was friendly and attentive. Room was large an d clean. Breakfast was ok, except the coffee..Nice and large outdoor pool. Staff there also very helpful and friendly.

It is always the first option to stay but I feel that it is not the same Lidotel when it started. The room is not very comfortable and not as hygienic as it should be for its high rate. It has a convenient location to relax in the Sambil shopping center and places such as the airport and the highway are nearby to connect to nearby beaches or attractions. Good service, but expensive.

The hotel is in very good condition, and the staff was wonderful every time we had contact, the only thing that could be improved would be that they have some variety in the daily breakfasts available, two consecutive days with 95% of the same options, another thing, prioritizing the use of reserve power from the floors (the electricity went out multiple times during our stay) to the elevators, we waited 20 minutes to be able to use them on high floors on one occasion; Overall, a good option for stays near malls and easily enjoyable places, we will surely return.

When we arrived at the hotel and even though the vehicle has diplomatic plates, we had to look for the luggage cart to load the suitcases of both the Ambassador and the Consul and my own, despite that, no one came out to object to the support and even after that We ourselves drag that same cart to the floor of our rooms. At breakfast, despite being early, the slices were old. And the showers are not well calibrated in their internal mechanism, confusing their users.
