Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark

Booked a week away to celebrate my ex wife's birthday, from the minute we entered the hotel until the moment we left neither of us could find real fault...OK, so the food isn't michellin star, but it always seemed fresh and plentiful, and while there could have been some more inspired choices, no one is going to starve...as for the " no table cloth " complaints on here WHY.. Not needed and just another cost to the hotel via way of supply and laundry, those costs would just be added to the cost of your stay, and the way some folk complain about the food, you'd think they are regular Gordon fkin Ramsay's... Pool area was clean and tidy, as was the general air of the hotel...room was serviced daily, with the housekeeper even bothering to fold my discarded shirts bless her... If I had one complaint, and a very minor one..it would be the paper cups at the bar....and that's it...we fancied an extra little treat on our last night so we ventured down near the beach and came across a lovely little Cocktail bar...called Mymzy Beach...the best Pina Coladas ever...and a tidy Long Island iced tea were thoroughly enjoyed.. All in all, this hotel is well run, efficient staff and lovely decor...only built in 2008 it's not run down as some are making out...

Where should I start…. Hotel is nice and clean, rooms are very spacious . Some staff ok but in the restaurant very rude. Would not recommend if you looking to try different types of food as not many choices for the size of the hotel and the 4 stars that is classed as . Beer in paper cups and same with cocktails, Poor snack bar , not many choices of food for kids ( pizza and again pizza every single day), I would class the food as 2 stars. Told the guy who was serving the pork that the meat is not done and blood still dripping and he still cooked it same. Guy next to me throw the plate back with same issue. All inclusive for drinks is extra at the water park . Also found a small lizard and a massive bug in the room. Would not return.

Hotel is clean, drinks in paper cups day and night! Same food every day, cater more for the Spanish than English. Wouldn’t recommend as need to go to sister hotel for entertainment on a night and by 10pm it’s all over with and they start cleaning ready for you to leave. Kids aren’t allowed lilos or anything in the pool which is stupid. Definitely would not go back to this hotel again

Well where do I start with this place ? Will start with the Pro's 1st........ Staff polite and helpful nothing to much trouble. Cleanliness could not fault the place, even walls were getting wiped down, floors spottless, everyday we were asked if we needed towels or the room cleaned. Surrouding area's clean apart from fag butts. Reception staff polite and helpfull even managed to get a late check out. Now the bad bits...... No option to upgrade your drinks package, For the ladies your cocktails were served in a plastic cups, and my biggest gripe is having a lager in a PAPER cup......I mean come on.....a papper cup ! I do appreciate that the drinks were served from the bar at the side of the pool, but there is a bar inside, and the doors could be locked, so any breakage would be contained and away from the pool area, a simple solution and a better way to serve drinks. Entertainment. You have to walk across to the middle of the bay where the acts perform, and again paper cups, but get this you can rent a pint glass for €4.50 per person per nite ! Just a way to rip you off. Food. Well O.M.G. repetitive or what, only so much tuna pizza you can eat (burnt) black base but still served, I know people have different tastes, the food consisted of Chips, Pizza, Fried Pork, Chicken, and thats yer lot everyday ! Pool snack bar is hotdogs one day then burgers the next, with a compartment for salad. Ice lollies and ice cream are not inc and are charged at 2-3 €. Dont know what vodka they use or whiskey but its weak and if you want any branded labels your 4€ per drink and even after paying for it your in a plastic cup. Transfer I would defo recommend a private transfer if its affordable to you, over 2 bloomin hours, by the time all the straglers came, and only 35-40mins in a private car and I can say I will never be on a bus again. Summary Would I stay there again ? Definatly NOT, would I recommend it NO...... Changes required..... as this hotel, and the Lago across the other side need to address the Food issues and the drinks arrangement.

Staff were very rude when I emailed about my issues, not good service at all. Upon entering my room, there was water all over the chair and on the floor which was a severe safety hazard. Furthermore, despite the advertised free WiFi, the connection was extremely poor throughout the hotel. I was forced to pay extra for a data plan to access the internet, which is unacceptable considering the expectation of complimentary WiFi service. Additionally, the lack of sockets next to the bed made it highly inconvenient to charge phones or other electronic devices while in bed, detracting from the overall comfort and functionality of the room.(They said there were sockets next to the bed but I couldn’t see them so they must not have been very accessible at all if they were even there!) Moreover, as a vegetarian, I was deeply disappointed by the limited options available for vegetarian meals. The menu primarily consisted of pizza and pasta, with minimal variety in vegetarian main dishes. This severely restricted my dining options and left me relying solely on salads and vegetables, which became repetitive and unsatisfying. Furthermore, the quality and variety of the food provided were subpar. Many items tasted old and stale, leading me to believe that they were reused throughout the day. For example, fried peppers and vegetable gratin were served repeatedly for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, indicating a lack of variety in the menu offerings. To exacerbate matters, essential food items ran out early in the evening, such as the special canary salad, which were among the few vegetarian options available. This is unacceptable, as guests should expect a sufficient supply of all advertised food items throughout the dining hours. Additionally, I must highlight the inadequacy of the snack bar, which offered minimal options beyond salad and fruit. The absence of any substantial vegetarian food items (only meat sausages and burgers), with only dry bread rolls available, is unacceptable for guests paying for an all-inclusive package.

Nice little hotel no entertainment in the night at this one will need to go to the sister hotel little walk across the road so not to far the auqa park was great too. The food was really good different choices each night ali the server was excellent really funny and pleasant you need a raise !

We just back from this hotel on the beach this hotel are **** on Tui *** on My opinion I will gif *** anyway was clean ,the bad was food not teast not choice with meat, salat . Don't pay extra for sea view becouse all room have sea view, there is deposit 10€ for tower ,waterpark are free but you need to pay for drinks the are not all-inclusive

Ali El Marassi works in the hotel restaurant and bar, he is a great person, friendly, always ready to help, kids love him, thanks for taking care of us! He is the best person I met in the hotel, keep going with your great job, we need more people like you in the world! Hotel is not so good but okay to spend a few days, food is not great, no salt no tasty! I hope you all enjoy your time, weather is very good there!

Just come back from a weeks stay. The staff, rooms, setting, pool area and bar were great. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food. It’s very hit and miss. We had a couple of nice meals but some days it wasn’t so good. We would come back purely for how lovely the hotel is and the staff. If they upgraded the food it would be amazing.
