I really love the room, one huge room even for the standard room. The location is near with my partner business, although i would say it's not a great location for tourist who are looking for restaurants or tourist attractions. But overall, i would recommend this hotel to anyone. Worth the price!

A perfect stay, The hotel was clean and the service staff was excellent. Mr Vito the manager at the hotel spoke excellent English and made us feel very welcomed.
When the hotel restaurant was closed the staff managed to fix me a sandwich and a coffee in the lobby.

週末自駕來武清發送一下。入住酒店，找家天津老菜館吃個晚飯。酒店位置在武清區政府附近，交通便利。酒店服務周到，辦理入住時，由於不是旺季，為我升級了房型。貴賓房間有浴缸，玩了一天泡個澡，很舒服。房間的硬件好，簡約實木風格，裝修好。智能房間語音控制窗簾開關。智能機器人送貨上門，有求必應。洗手間都是toto的設備，使用很方便。早餐種類多，我是節假日去的，8點來人不多。要説改進的地方，我提2點。一是洗手間的吹風機，建議更換。電線短，體驗感不好。二是電梯門的按鍵，需要體温按壓，體驗感不好。建議優化。下次來還會住你家

萬華酒店的環境典雅，有法式的浪漫風格。前台負責接待的女士熱情周到，辦事效率高（當時還有一個團隊在辦理入住）,給我升級到了嘉賓大床房，寬敞舒適，房間裏還有空氣凈化器，迷你吧裏有免費的飲料。酒店的停車位很多，是免費的。位置也很好，離佛羅倫薩小鎮衹有不到十分鐘的車程。酒店的早餐很贊！品種很豐富，食材很新鮮！房價在武清同.等級別的酒店裡是比較實惠的，性價比高！

入住體驗非常的差！首先佈局不好，鏡子對着床，衞生間非常的小！其次是安排的房間，在管道風機旁邊，早晨6點開始設備啟動，屋裡噪聲非常大，根本睡不了！外賣送到前台，快半個小時了，工作人員也不用送餐機器人幫忙把外賣送上來，還需要打電話催！
和前台溝通第二天需要換房，也不及時回覆！和其他客人一樣，花了同樣錢，卻安排這樣的房間，我認為非常不值！

房間設施整體挺好，如果可以增加一些小童設施就更好了。早餐人太多了，感覺服務員已經忙不過來，幾乎盤子都空着，大家都在排隊。現做的菜都放在一個窗口非常不合理，廚師忙不過來，如果預判早餐人多，可以減少現做菜譜，提前備好貨。
