From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel until the time of my departure, everything was simply exceptional. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is unbeatable. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from Shibuya Crossing and the bustling Shibuya Station, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. I found myself immersed in the vibrant a**osphere and surrounded by countless dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The staff at Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu are deserving of special mention. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were always available to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and assist with any requests I had. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness truly made me feel like a valued guest. The room I stayed in was elegantly decorated and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed, along with the well-appointed amenities, made for a restful and enjoyable stay. The room offered stunning views of the city, allowing me to witness the vibrant Shibuya skyline both day and night. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience at the hotel's restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a delightful spread of both local and international dishes, catering to all tastes. The quality and variety of food exceeded my expectations, and the attentive staff ensured that I had everything I needed to start my day on a high note. Lastly, the hotel's facilities were excellent. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even while traveling. Room was just enough for two suitcases. The view from the terrace was great. Easy to get around with just few stations to the Tokyo central area. The nearby area was quite not as crowded as other Tokyo central area. The hotel is more than welcome to help us store the luggage even we away for whole day.

Great hotel in central location. Rooms are big and comfortable for Tokyo standard and it’s a short walk to central shibuya crossing and JR line. Hotel breakfast was good and service by staff were very friendly. Big plus for those who are planning to ride a airport bus, the hotel is a stop for drop off and pick up.

It is my 2nd time in this hotel. First stay was back in 2020 and our family chose this hotel this time in 2023 because it's so dang perfect. The rooms are not tiny as how other Japan hotels are. We booked a room for 3pax and each of us had 1 single bed each. The toilet has a tub as well and staff are cleaning the room every single day, replacing all toiletries as well. The location is just near the shibuya crossing, about 500m walk (up hill) but it's just super near the mega donki. The hotel reception also allows guests to leave their luggage in the lobby even after check out which saves you a lot from having to rent coin lockers. I would definitely stay here again next time!

Hotel was easy accessible from Shinjuku station through an underpass. There’s a video from hotel website that shows how to get to hotel using the underpass. There are eateries/restaurants/Lawson/familymart in the hotel. Lobby looks nice and grand. However the room and toilet are kind of old fashioned. Luckily it was still quite clean. The laundry machine for washing and drying were separate. After wash you have to go and manually transferred to dryer :( and you can’t monitor the washing status through tv. 2 other hotels we stayed b4 have this service. The rooms and facilities needed an upgrade. Will not come back again.

Until 3 days ago, the FS on Koh Samui was in a terrible eye. Beauty of lighting. I don't feel the age of 20 years old this year. It's great to return to your appearance. The artistic pool is a waste. In the last few years, the plane has not flew in Corona. I have stayed at a domestic color 々 hotel. There are various hotels that do not match. But my husband, ”Why do you like Grand Hyatt?” I wondered if it was the number one in Tokyo, the number one in Japan, the number one in the world, ”Well, so I don't think I'm satisfied wherever I stay.” (I like Mr. Aman too) The club lounge was overseas without passports because the customer base returned. Thank you for taking a lot of pictures of all the Bell staff. There is a dignified air in Ray, and everyone at the Grand Club, I swelled my stomach to the fullest in the club lounge (this time it was 20 years １ delicious). When did you lose money? First time staying in a capsule hotel and surprised on how good they are for a Solo traveler. They are great with everything you need shared toilets and showers, lockers downstairs. The capsule is clean and tidy. Cheap stay and walking distance to Tokyo Tower and Roppongi party area also the train station is just around the corner. I'll be staying there again. Thank you :)

There is 2 station Shinjuku-sanchome 12mins walk uneven path with down and uphill, hitachi-shinjuku 10mins walk road wasn’t that great either , JR station 15mins walk , no recommend if u have big luggage , hotel room stated 17-18sqm but I doubt so probably 13-14 only. Can’t even open my big luggage and yet we have 2 big and 2 small. Noisy area as is nearby kabuchiko. The only good bout this place is where there are many drug store and is much cheaper than other places

Excellent location in Shinjuku, right opposite the Tokyo Metropolitan Building, where you can go up to the observatories for free and get great views. The hotel itself is quite old now but it’s been refurbished. Lots of rooms so it’s quite busy, but there are staff everywhere to help you. Good value if you can book early enough and get a decent rate.

Very nice stay, staff are nice but it would be better if they could speak a bit more English.
