Soap dispenser did not work and was not fixed. WiFi was not free and was very complicated to join. Desk staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful

The hotel is not too far from the pier and can be reached on foot. The hotel is clean and tidy. Overall, it is not too new, so it is quite convenient to catch the boat in the morning.

We had an excellent stay at the Travelodge, Holyhead. We were greeted warmly and given some good advice about where to eat that evening by the young man in reception. The great thing about staying in a Travelodge is that it is predictably good and comfortable and you know what you are going to receive. Well done !

Extremely expensive and the toilet didn’t flush. The family room was twice the price of the double room despite the fact that both rooms were the same size and had the same number of beds.

Clean and tidy. Great price. Just the job for late arrival and early ferry. Very friendly and helpful receptionist lady on the night of arrival so we could get our 3 sleeping little ones out of the car and into the room, then again on the morning we left, Tony was great. Thanks

This is a basic hotel. There are no frills, so do not look for them. No USB sockets in this day and age is a surprise. proximity to the port is good, but the local area not up to much.

Crappy. The so-called prepaid breakfast is something even a budget airline would hesitate to offer. - And the reception staff had disappeared so there wasn't even a way to get it. Shower gel dispenser was broken and there was not jot water, so couldn't even get a decent shower. Bed was on - hence the extra star on top of one.

This is a place of last resort. I’d recommend any local bnb before using it again. The charge was £90+ and does not include WiFi or breakfast. The main overhead light and TV were broken, no bathmats, nowhere to sit in reception. Don’t use!
