Great hotel, stayed here for a concert in Live Club which is easily within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful with allowing us to check in early as we had arrived earlier than anticipated. Unfortunately we did not have time to eat in the restaurant but we walked through a few times as it is the main way in and out of the hotel. The surroundings are beautiful. Would definitely recommend the hotel if you need to visit Trezzo sull'adda

Stayed here for two nights. Had stayed before in the “old town” area of Bergamo which was lovely. This area would be considered “run down”. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the main town for coffee shops, restaurants etc. Previous reviews commented how welcoming, friendly, helpful etc the reception staff were but I didn’t get that experience. Reception area is right inside the door so it can be crowded arriving and leaving with luggage, prams etc. Room was adequately spaced. Could have been given extra towels (three for a single room is basic), also needed a fridge and water glasses etc in the room. Floors could have been hoovered so make sure you wear slippers (not included in the room)! Didn’t include breakfast in my stay and glad I didn’t cos the selection looked limited. This hotel is fine for a short stay but perhaps look elsewhere if staying for longer.

There's not enough good words that can be said about the skills and training of the front desk staff, the breakfast servers, the evening dining room staff, and the housekeeping ladies. I am what is now being referred to as a ”Digital Nomad,” single, solo and senior traveler... and this hotel really fits my needs. Sure it could be €10 cheaper, but the room has an excellent long work countertop, WiFi Internet, large bed for sleep and for organizing travel bags, bathroom with both a tub and a walk-in shower correctly designed for use, and the food service is quite amazing. While you do need to take the taxi to most places, unless you drive, there is a major shopping mall just across the highway, and an unadvertised underground tunnel to get to the other side of the road and to that shopping center! I am not a fancy restaurant person, but the restaurant accommodates me with a very simple selection of food by my request. Both at breakfast and at dinner, the dining room is usually packed with happy diners and eaters. While I sit there with my simple food selection at dinner, I do admire the variety of Italian dishes that are ordered by other diners. Maybe I can't eat the spicy food but it sure looks good! And the other guests are very happy! I have used the Hotel's driver to taxi me to and from a variety of locations: BGY airport, Bergamo train Station, as well as the Covid vaccination center! He can be booked by SMS text and WhatsApp. Extremely easy to communicate with- both digitally and in multiple languages. The hotel is off the beaten track, therefore the taxi rides are going to be 10 additional euro from what might be expected in more urban areas. This is one of my more favorite hotels of any brand. While I rate the location as poor because you need to drive to get almost anywhere, the remoteness of the location is in itself a plus if you are residing here for more than just an overnight, because the landscaping is simple yet comforting, and major parking is underground.

I was here for a night stop over on my way to east Italy and I will definitely come back. I've checked in late (9pm) and the receptonist (Davide) welcomed me. This guy is always smiling and is very open for nice talks. He gave me also very good advices for places to visit and where to go for shopping. If I had any question about the hotel or anything else he was totally open to help with 100%. I am very satisfied! Also the staff in the morning at the breakfast was very very kind and helpful. Prenotato pacchetto Leolandia con un gruppo di amici per una notte, abbiamo deciso di arrivare un giorno prima estendendo il soggiorno con prenotazione telefonica. Prima notte tutto ok, stanza doppia in area moderna, abbiamo portato il nostro lettino da campeggio e biancheria per la bambina. Al pomeriggio successivo, intorno alle 14 decidiamo di portare nostra figlia a dormire in camera perché letteralmente ingestibile per la stanchezza. Mia moglie va in reception a riprendere le carte d'identità che hanno voluto tenere dalla sera prima (per legge questo non si può fare ma vabbè) e io porto la piccola in camera. Apro la porta e trovo il nostro letto tutto scoperchiato, con cuscini e lenzuola sporchi buttati nel lettino (da noi rifatto in mattinata) e il copriletto appallottolato sopra una pila di vestiti puliti. I nostri effetti personali spostati e anche messi in disordine, mentre avevo mia figlia piangente in braccio mi hanno davvero innervosito e ho subito chiamato mia moglie (già che era li) per dirle di avvisare subito in reception del ****** che ho trovato. Il mio tono di voce era sicuramente alto e adirato,non lo nascondo, ma esponevo il fatto che non capivo cosa avessero combinato alla stanza mettendola cosi in disordine. Per esperienza precedente nel settore alberghiero, le porte delle camere in pulizia vanno lasciate aperte durante il rinfresco, e si chiudono e lasciano solo quando sono pulite. Mia moglie poi sempre per telefono mi dice che in un quarto d'ora arrivano, ma mia figlia non poteva essere appoggiata da nessuna parte e quindi ho alzato la voce dicendo che dovevano arrivare subito. Per fortuna una cameriera ai piani gentilissima passava li e l'ho chiamata per rimettere almeno le lenzuola pulite. Mi ha spiegato che qualcuno aveva scritto checkout sulla nostra stanza e per quello non era rifatta. Qua ci sono due errori grossi: primo, noi stavamo ancora una notte quindi bastava un riordino veloce. Secondo, anche se fosse stato un checkout non si buttano cose sporche su tutti i nostri oggetti personali che erano ancora li. Sarei passato oltre ma poi mia moglie dopo parecchio arriva in camera e mi dice di essere stata praticamente aggredita verbalmente dalla signora della reception a causa dei toni che ho avuto e per aver insultato lo staff e il suo operato con testuali parole ”porconi e parolacce contro di loro” (era una chiamata privata tra me e mia moglie senza viva voce) e il tutto senza scusarsi subito per l'inconveniente, mostrandosi scocciata dal primo istante della richiesta. Anzi, ha accusato mia moglie di averli messi in cattiva luce davanti ai clienti in arrivo, le ha detto di cercarsi un altro posto per dormire e che pretendeva le mie scuse giu da loro. Sentita una cosa del genere sono sceso subito a chiarire, primo perché non si ascoltano le telefonate private anche se sei a mezzo metro di distanza solo perché uno ha un tono di voce alto e adirato; secondo, almeno la prossima volta ascolti meglio, perché dire che una p

This hotel are thieves, after booking me and my girlfriend to stay for three days (she’s not from Italy). when we presented at the Hotel Città Dei Mille for the check-in they told us that we need a “super green pass” (we’re vaccinated 2 doses and we had a negative PCR covid test) . They told us to access the Hotel Città Dei Mille you need to have the third dose, but the Hotel Città Dei Mille didn’t tell us this before coming neither the booking website it wasn’t written anywhere we checked many times in front of them. so we looked for another place to stay, when we asked for a reimbursement the Hotel Città Dei Mille said they don’t reimburse FOR NON PRESENTATION. Shame on you Hotel Città Dei Mille Bergamo Lombardia Italia, this not a good customer service at all if you have economic problems don’t take it from your client’s pocket. The reimbursement amount we asked for was just 200€ Have a nice day

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days to go to Leoland. Super comfortable, warm and comfortable environment. The rooms are very spacious and clean. At the time of the booking we asked for a triple while being in 4, because the baby can sleep in the campsite bed and the lady at the reception had warned us that we might be tight, Instead, with all the open bed, we were very well moving. Very friendly and available staff and abundant and quality breakfast. Thank you very much for the hospitality and next!

I expected from the photos much more than this. The hotel is nice and quiet, the mattress quite comfortable but ... The rooms are definitely dated, with antique pieces like the phone (which after a few minutes is overheated and can no longer be used without risking a burning..), the The coating and the tape, or the shower, the anti-slip plate and the sofa in the shower. Prepare to sleep little and almost naked, so it is warm and this season (there is no air conditioning) And when we opened the window we were invaded by the ants, so we had to close it; the cleaning was quite approximate, so that I had to change my son's shoes after I allowed him to walk without a shoe. No bad breakfast, the only negative aspect was the white bread that could be quietly from the day before, but the rest I would say appreciable. Unfortunately, they do not know the original recipes of some dishes like the ears at the rape tops, which they have revised in their way, but good even if a little expensive ... I think if we should come back here, we won't eat here.

Good points - communal areas clean and tidy. Vitoria on reception nice. Large bedroom looked like it was recently Decorated. Big bed and soft pillows. Enough electric sockets. Good shower. Soundproof, although there's always someone who has to slam their door. Breakfast good. All the usual. Bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit eggs etc. Bit manic at times. Bad points. Bedroom wasn't cleaned and bed wasn't made one day. Another day we weren't left with a spare toilet roll. Our towels were never folded and just left in a heap on the rail. Never given any milk in room for coffee. We haf a shared balcony, but if we went on it, you could see staight into another bedroom, on the corner. Thick slimy brown muck at bottom of shower. It was never clear off in the 9 nights we were there. Without effort, I cleared a bit off with a tissue. It was disgusting. Area is good and not run down considering its by the station

We have stayed in this wonderful hotel only for one night but the experience was above and beyond our expectations. In Italy you typically cannot check in after 8pm, we have called the hotel and they said they will wait for us to arrive and we shouldn’t worry. Hotel also has amazing modern features such as personalized codes for doors and automatic gate opening with a phone call, not to mention private parking on property. Room we stayed in was called tree and had super comfortable mattress, after a long drive we were very thankful. Also, there were snacks left in the room as well as water and juice in the fridge, very thoughtful. Our room also had a Jacuzzi tub, not sure if it comes in all rooms. Honestly it was the best service we had in a while and are looking to come back to this hotel and explore more of the village.
