My stay at Original Domino House was absolutely perfect, I continued to extend my stay because I felt so good and comfortable. From the moment I arrived, I felt so much peace from the kindness of people working there to the comfortability of my room. Maite, Cladia and Roberto are all so wonderful and were always ready to be there to help with anything I needed. It truly felt like I was staying at home and whenever I am staying in Valencia, I will choose to come back here. The location is peaceful and quiet with lovely cafes and grocery store nearby but still close enough to walk to the city center. Everything was perfect and I am so very thankful for my visit.

The hotel is very new and the front desk service is attentive, explaining in detail the location of the hotel and how to get there. And the time for breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. It is next to the Science City of Valencia, about 15 minutes away from the Carrefour supermarket.

Very professional hotel with excellent service. The location of the hotel is fine however 'feels' isolated. Very well received at check in and polite and correct check out. Very clean room of reasonable size. Recommended.

Excelent hotel to stay for a citytrip to Valencia. Swimming pool on the roof,perfect breakfast, clean rooms. Friendly and correct personel Walking distance to the center but also very close to different busstops to the centre, to the beach and to albufera.Close to the green walking zone.

This price is very cost-effective for this accommodation. Clean and good location. It is worth mentioning that the service is full, the front desk lady is very nice. Knowing that we were going to catch the train the next morning, I asked which train station very carefully (there are two, afraid that we will go wrong) I left at 5 o'clock in the morning and didn't arrive at breakfast time. I helped pack it in advance and take it away. When I waited for the bus, I opened it and looked at it. It was too rich. ～ It was very good to serve from the perspective of the guests.

We left our car in the free carpark next to the hotel, then entered it through a designated door to the reception area. The guy there was very efficient, friendly and helpful ! The room was very good, with a big comfy bed, a clean bathroom, TV, mini fridge, and a safe. Also no noises heard from rooms near to ours, a great plus ! All very good so far...but...! Breakfast was included in the price, and have to say was a little disappointing ! The coffee had a strange taste and there was only one choice of small bread roll for toasting (not nice either) ! Also no bananas or apples at breakfast. There was a gym and heath spa to use, but we were limited on time so couldn't try them ! Apart from the breakfast issues, the hotel was very good, and in a great location next to a commercial centre. Hopefully the breakfast disappointment was a one off, as I will stay there again when passing through Valencia again !!

Quite good! Just across from the City of Arts and Sciences, there is a big shopping mall next to it, super close! Three nights to go to the big shopping mall every night, especially good! Very neat and clean, very recommended!

This is a fantastic hotel situated in a beautiful area The staff were excellent and so friendly The cleanliness of the room was second to none The breakfast was fab and their always was a great selection of food to cater for everyones taste We really enjoyed the river bed walk visiting all the beautiful architecture buildings on the way We made great use of the number 19 bus which brought us to the city in one direction and the beach on the opposite direction

Visitamos Valencia cada año en familia y nos alojamos siempre en este hotel y cada año estamos más contentos y pensamos ya en volver el próximo año Todos los años en este hotel mejoran las instalaciones y las habitaciones, suelos de madera nuevos y unos paneles de madera en las habitaciones que hicieron más confortable nuestra estancia. Las recepcionistas son un encanto de chicas, amables en todo momento y la limpieza que para nosotros es importante es minuciosa Los baños también son nuevos y tuvieron en consideración nuestra sugerencia de instalar luces con más potencia y luz más blanca en baño y habitación Muchas gracias al hotel y a la fantástica ciudad de Valencia con su clima estupendo.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel. Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us. Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night. Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place
