Hotel and rooms were excellent. Meal in the restaurant and drinks in bar were great and delicious. Personal was attentive and friendly. Everything was excellent!

Apart from the unfriendly reception we were very satisfied with the hotel. Food, beach, pool, room, everything was great. Equally friendly bartenders, whether in the morning (Marina, Stavros) or in the evening, as well as the whole animation team (Paula, Sebastian...). You were great, thank you.

It was realy good time to be in this hotel. Good rooms. Good service. Staff was very friendly. All team of animators was realy good . Mitchel was the best. Every day i was supported and got a lot of love ❤️❤️❤️ i Strongly recomend this hotel for family.

Fabulous hotel! Food was unreal, especially in the Avra restaurant. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely little private beach, warm sea, even in April! Eur30 taxi to Heraklion. Not much to do outside the complex but enough to do inside so we never got bored. Matteo at the outside bar is a gem. Not sure what was in those cocktails but we slept well!! And we watched him handle some slightly obnoxious guests brilliantly.

Beautiful hotel. Gone above and beyond. Food and drinks amazing, so much choice, - gryos available at every meal love this !!! The views are amazing every night. Worth upgrading to a private pool bungalow it looks incredible on an evening in the sunset. All the staff are so friendly and chatty it’s so nice! Entertainment team are brilliant, there is something on every minute of the day. Special shout-out to Mitchel - he got us involved in all activities and made us feel so welcome. Came and watched the football with us on a night and had such a laugh - he’s a great guy and an asset to the hotel. Would recommend this hotel to anyone - couples, family, friends it’s amazing!!

This hotel is beautiful. The views on an evening along the beach are immaculate, the food amazing and the animation team do a great job of keeping everyone entertained and the guests comfortable. Mitchel is the life and soul, can’t do enough for you to make the trip enjoyable and memorable. Wouldn’t be the same without him. Everything about the hotel is 5* - food, setting, gym facilities, etc, etc. The only negative is there is not much around the local area but there’s enough in the hotel to keep you entertained.

Don’t know where to start but my son had an absolute blast at the nightly kids disco where the entertainers were super engaging. The guys at the bar were outstanding in their service and most importantly the spread the at main restaurant was widespread and delicious specially the grill skewers. Galin, Michel, Ainoha and Mitchel were really amazing people who uplifted the atmosphere every single day. Importantly it’s just a couple of minutes from the airport/ port with nice dining options just nearby suitable for lazy travelers like myself.
