Great location, comfortable bed, super clean, can't fault Urbanauts and would be back for more.

As a regular visitor of the area where this property is located it was not a surprise that once again I was in a place with great shopping and eating opportunities but on a what cost.
Except for the great location and perfectly operated check in procedure there is nothing that bring some sort of satisfaction.
Heating in the rooms is operated remotely and you can not adjust the temperature. Which is awful especially if you are traveling like me... With a child.
Rooms were well equipped but really cold.
I've tried to ask for assistance but without any result.
We were travelling with some friends and they were joking about the absence of stoves in the kitchen boxes.
It was purposely so the guest won't be able to use them to heat the rooms.
Anyway... Most of the thing were all right but the issue with the temperature especially in the winter is crucial for my overall rating of this property.
Definitely won't use this accommodation again!

Very spacious for the price, basically the whole flat for myself, with small kitchen, fridge, shower everything. The only issue is that the window next to my pillow has no curtain? (all other windows have) The light came on my head directly. Check-in was not straight forward though, for some reason the hotel email never came through Gmail, which I believe many people use. I had to call them at door to organise a resend of code to another email address. Imagine if I have arrived at late night? The ********** also did not make this clear during booking process.

We spent four nights at this property over Chris**as. Brand new and very comfortable apar**ents, located in a beautiful building in a particularly elegant and central district of Vienna. Our studio apar**ent was impeccable, with a large and very comfortable bed, very quiet, with all comforts, large bathroom, perfect cleanliness, kitchenette available. Excellent and stable Wifi; underfloor heating is very efficient. Truly a gem... we will use it for our next stays in Vienna. Last but not least...really affordable price!

The studio (1st floor) itself was very nice, just very dark. With a stay of 7 days I would have expected fresh towels. And I also missed an extra blanket to go with the sheets to cover myself up.
The location, you can reach a lot on foot, 3 minutes to the bus, shopping, cafes etc. was PERFECT! A reason to go again...
