Boutique Hotel Donauwalzer

Vienna|0.59km from Huberpark
I was there from Monday to Friday without a proper curtain. When I told them on Tuesday that I was forced to wake up at sunrise (5.30 am in August), because the curtain was missing I was told they would look into it. Nothing changed. On Wednesday I was told that ”it might be the architects design decision, they will check” and nothing happened. On Thursday I insisted to get some proper sleep and the curtain was put up in the room. There were two small towels when I arrived. They were not exchanged the next day. I only got a bath towel and fresh small towel upon asking and only once. The floor was so dirty that I only walked around with shoes on. It was never cleaned while I was there. If you are a tea drinker you are out of look with the capsule machine, since you are advised to peel off an extra layer on the top. This is almost impossible and it is incomprehensible to me why no proper capsules can be provided. The window (room 25) looked out onto the patio, which is quiet except for the smokers, so fresh air is not possible unless you enjoy the smell of cigarettes. The hotel is NOT near the city center, but near a tram station- four stops to Westbahnhof and then another six to Stephansplatz, which is the city center in my view. The room is close to where breakfast is set up, so it gets noisy from 5.30 am on, which is when the sun shone into my face anyway. I never gave the breakfast a try, rather enjoy the Vienna cafes. Staff is really nice.

Skyflats Vienna - Rooftop Apartments

This hotel was the best apartment we felt during our trip, and the viewing effect was very good. You can cook by yourself! If there is a chance to go to Austria, I must still live here. Anyway, I like it very much! !

Having stayed in august in A Coruña for a couple of days to an exe hotel (from the same network) the expectation were great because indeed the one from Coruña is very good In wien the hotel a bit outdated, in an area which probably is not the best in wien, I missed the mattress fron Coruña.... Is not bad, bit we were expecting the same level of quality
Hotel Geblergasse

The hotel is a proper ”best buy”. The room and all the decor are basic, but very spacious for this type of hotel, and with a proper wardrobe you can actually store all your clothes in. Everything is clean and comfortable. Room's are cleaned every day, towels changed, too, if you wish it. Staff is accomodating and unobtrusive. The only small minus in my wiev- the one time I don't bring my hair dryer is the one time hotel doesn't have one! :) There is an underground garage in a building across the street, which is a huge plus in a city like this. You pay extra for using it, though, but it's wort it in my view. The street is quiet, with not much traffic. The nearest U-bahn station (their Metro) is very near and the public transport is excellent. Beware, the face masks are still obligatory in all public transport. The fine for not wearing one is 50 euros. (November 2022.) Nothing is cheap in Vienna, and you shouldn't expect it to be, but this hotel offers good value for money.

Ctrip's service attitude and resolution speed can be said to be full marks. Although there is a little episode in the middle, it is a problem of agency and hotel. Ctrip actively helps. The location of this senator hotel is quite good.
