We booked a twin room with double beds for 4 personas thru Agoda.( to check in on 16 November) As this property has these type of family rooms we again reconfirmed over email that we will be getting twin room with double beds. We got Ok from them over email. On our arrival we were offered normal room with two extra beds, we refused that and showed the confirmation over email from their hotel. The reception persons were continuously discussing with their manager, but their manager refused to talk us directly, Then the staff asked Rs 2000 extra for the twin room, after some discussions, we agreed to pay that , but again after talking with manager they told us that now we don't have twin room . They wasted our 30 minutes time and ultimately we had to leave and check into other hotel. Totally totally unprofessional (1) The manager refused his own mail confirming twin room (2) The manager refusing to talk to us directly (3) even after we agreed to pay extra amount they refused to provide us the room. (4) They refused to write on our voucher that they are unable to provide us the stay even after confirmation .
