This is our third time staying at this hotel and it will be our last. As soon as we walked in there was a smell of mildew or wet carpet. We went up to our room and the smell continued. The remote to the window shade had to be reprogrammed. We tried using the room phone to call the front lobby and all we heard was static. When we moved the phone a small cockroach came out from the phone. We ended up having to walk down to the lobby to talk to the staff. Later that evening as we were getting ready for bed the cockroach came out again. The next day we left a soda can on the desk and came back to ants on it.

The hotel was ok, but the beds had very used mattresses

The staff were amazing. In the morning for breakfeast empolyees greeded you with a smile and a good morning. For sure staying next time

Green slimy pool, musty odor, loud clattery window unit that kept us up all night, room smelled like it had mildewed, wifi did not work, tv barely worked. Couldn’t wait to pack up and leave.

The flooring in room was not level. Certain areas of the room were uneven. The phone was connected or in service. The automatic blind was not working either leaving us to be awaken by the storms lightning

We always stay at this property but this time we don't have a/c,hot water no power.

I didn't like the fact we didn't have power, no lights, no hot water, no Ac

We stay at this location quite often, and usually there are two girls that always help us. This time there was a gentleman, and he was nice but not quite as nice as they are. Kind of had a bit of an attitude.

I liked the quality of the breakfast. The times it was available were convenient and not rushed.

The AC sometimes felt like it wasn’t cooling the room

Place was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Suite was large. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Shower curtain rod was repaired poorly. View was of the roof of the hotel next to the property.

Very Friendly Staff. Pretty Good Pancakes.

noisy kids in my next room.No attention from the staff when the kids were running and shouting (hide and seek) at 3:00 AM in the hallway.

We enjoy staying at this Hotel. We have family in Harlingen and Mc Allen. You could say it is half way point.
