I stayed here for one night. The staffs were friendly however the room is not comfort enough since it’s quite old and we can hear noise outside of our room. They provided breakfast with many options.

2 times at here, and there is always great, the hotel was really good. the hotel clean, fast check in and the room was comfortable, and breakfast have many variety in wetern, indonesian and chinese (the dimsum is very delicious) friendly and honest staff, central located, minor things are the bulding is old. Anyway its nice experience in the hotel, good job Mercure Kota !

If you are looking after a morning flight and afraid to miss a plane because of traffic jams in Jakarta, staying at this hotel can be considered. Nice place I visited this place two times 2015 alone and 2016 with my brother I stayed here for are 4 to 5 days.. The best thing is all the hot spots were near... Checking in and out was easy and staff was friendly. Room is large, bed is comfy and bathroom is fully equipped with hot water. Breakfast was below par and I wasn't expecting such poor choice of food for a Novotel hotel. Proximate to Glodok, Jakarta's Chinatown, which is around 10 minutes walk. Travel to other parts of Jakarta is easy but be prepared for the traffic jams.

Me and my family booked 1 room for check-in on Jan 18, 2020 thru Agoda, and I got confirmation. But when I arrived to the hotel, I've been told that the hotel is under construction and close since Jan 14 - 18, 2020. They will open again in Jan 19, 2020. We complained to Agoda, and Agoda was very helpful to contact the hotel. However, the hotel could not be reached because all phone and system were down due to construction, so Agoda offered us to moved to other hotel. I really admire the hotel staffs whose came to me and apologize and offer their help to prepare room for us. However, because the hotel was under construction and only us who will stay there, I decide to look for another hotel. Just a friendly reminder to MyHotel's Management : when your property was under construction and could not accept guest, please don't sell your room. You have to understand that not all of your customers are coming from same city as yours. Like us, they could come from other city or even other country. It's so lucky we come at evening time, so we have time to look for other hotel. If we were coming late evening, then I am very sure I will screaming to your Management. Please treated your customer properly and better way.
