Days Inn by Wyndham Williams

The room was poorly soundproofed and I was woken up in the middle of the night by guests with small children upstairs until 2:40 am. The dining environment is worrisome. The only thing that made this hotel comfortable was Ricky at the front desk, who helped me get my deposit returned in a timely manner.

The place looked and smelled clean. The breakfast service was great!

Great location. Close to everything we needed. Nice breakfast, hot tub was a plus, confortable beds, great staff!

We were not aware the hotel was under major construction. I was also not aware that there wasn’t an elevator. Upon check-in it was discovered that we had been assigned a room that was off-limits due to construction. They only had one room in our classification left, they could put us in, and it was upstairs, immediately next to several other rooms that were having massive renovation done. There were large items of furniture out in the hallway surrounding our room. When you turned on the heat in the room, it emitted such a foul odor, we could barely stomach having it run. This was unfortunate as it was some in the neighborhood of 22° outside. The woman in charge of the front desk was fairly flustered trying to figure out where she was going to put us. I have a feeling we were about a breath away from not even receiving a room even though we had booked one. This would’ve been really unfortunate as I had two children with me. She was also apparently stressed to the point where she yelled at me for asking for towels for the pool. Because there weren’t any when we were using it. This actually happened twice because she only gave us a few and other people were using the pool too. It’s not my fault. They don’t have their towel situation under control and I shouldn’t get yelled at by any hotel staff for any reason.they also need to update their signage in the pool area because they say the pool opens at seven But the front desk told us 7:30 this morning.

Staff took care of us well they are currently renovating some rooms had some noise issues one night due to another tenant the had no problem moving us at my request

Over all good experience. Lobby was being renovated and everyone needs to drive to the back of the building to check in. Would appreciate a heads up email for instructions. Facility feels like an old motel. But another good part is the pool, jacuzzi and the free breakfast!

The hotel clearly shows its age, isn’t kept the neatest, but does serve the purpose of a pocket friendly overnight layover place to crash, and the jacuzzi is a bonus.

Going through a renovation which will help as its a bit outdate but pool was open. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereal, and more for breakfast. Would stay again!
