來看演唱會住這裏真的特別方便，前台服務很好，房間真的很大很舒服，衞生也特別乾淨，住的特別舒服，下次來武漢還會選擇住這裏。

城市便捷挺喜歡的，前台小姐姐也很熱情，打掃的阿姨也很好，睡的也很舒服，而且想要在漢口玩的，這個酒店的位置也挺合適的，臨街我也沒覺得吵，這裏交通挺好的，打車公交都方便，離宗關地鐵站很近走路3分鐘不到，出行去哪兒都方便，重點是酒店衞生做得好，挺乾淨的。

高級大床房最多15平方，窗户是個假窗户，外面還有一層封閉玻璃，根本不透風，衞生很差，房間隔音也差，樓上是空調機組，一晚上轟鳴聲刺耳，前台服務也差，一開始定了兩個晚上，一晚上164，入住後發現很差，於是退了一晚上，酒店卻要收190，我就算不連住一晚上也是174，你們真是從沒見過錢嗎，最差的一次入住體檢，巨差巨差巨差，攜程的客服態度很好，這樣的酒店一星都不想給
