I generally like All Seasons hotels when I go out; this time was the worst; first, the front desk did not make good arrangements for early check-in; a fat receptionist in particular said that if I was not satisfied, I could cancel the order; second, there was no fresh air system in the room; it was too hot and stuffy to fall asleep (the engineer did provide a fan) and I couldn't fall asleep even if I opened the window all night without drawing the bed curtains; third, there was only one elevator in the entire hotel; and there were so many guests waiting; I will not choose this All Seasons hotel in the future.
