This is my second hotel in Xi’an. It’s so comfortable. I applaud my choice. Although I stayed near the Big Wild Goose Pagoda the night before, the hotel was not comfortable, so I decided to change hotels. I searched for Delta, and after living there for a day, I got an idea of ​​the general transportation in Xi'an. In fact, as long as it's about 2 stops from the Bell Tower, there's a subway, and it's still comfortable far away from tourist attractions. I found this hotel on Xiaohongshu and got very good reviews. Let’s talk about transportation first🚇: Metro Line 2 is only less than 200 meters away, which is very convenient. It’s only 3 stops away from the Bell and Drum Tower, and you’ll be there in no time. The subway is open until 12:00 at night, so you can just play around. In addition, taxis in Xi'an are very cheap, cheaper than Sanbengzi, so just take taxis if you can. Let’s talk about the conditions of the hotel: the room is large, all facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable and clean, and the bathtub is my favorite style I have ever used. There is also a 24-hour executive lounge, where you can eat and drink as much as you want. Let’s talk about service: Because of the bad hotel experience the day before, I was very cautious this time. I compared the characteristics, prices, services, etc. of the three room types at the front desk. The lady at the front desk, Lena, answered the questions very carefully and gently. I placed three orders and exchanged them. But the young lady was not anxious at all, and I was embarrassed. Later, we extended our stay for two days and changed to a cheaper superior double room. The lady took into consideration that we like to live in a higher room, so she didn't change the room and even gave us breakfast. Thank you very much. It snowed in Xi'an the next day. It looked so beautiful from the top down. This trip was even more perfect because of Delta.

First I want to say that I LOVE this hotel and my wife and I did not want to leave. The service was great and the bed was the softest most comfortable bed in all of China. It was juuuust right. The location was not horrible by now means, but it wasn’t the best either. It is on line one but most attractions are on line two. Your about a 30 minute walk to the nearest attraction and over an hour to others. This was not a huge problem though and you could easily see the wall across the street from our window. The bar was closed due to covid, which I found weird but that’s ok. The restaurant was out of most on the menu and I honestly found it as the lowest part of the hotel overall. If you don’t mind staying a little bit away from attractions, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

The hotel definitely has a 1950s luxury vibe, it's a part of a large Renmin Square hotel complex that share some facilities (notably a great swimming pool in the next building). The location is great, walking distance to the city centre and like 7 min from metro. The hotel made a mistake in my booking and upgraded me to a suite as a result (which was nice but that room was not ready so I had to wait). The suite was nice, with a comfortable bed and pretty much twice everything I needed. Also two wifis - only the Renmin one worked, the hotel one recommended by reception did not work at all. The room had like 20 switches next to the bed, I picked the 'Night' one - bad surprise, it also switches off the bedside socket so I woke up to a discharged phone.

The first room we had had mold in the bathroom and near the sleeping area, it smelled really bad. Thankfully, when we asked the staff to resolve this issue, they kindly provided us with a new room. The new one was a lot better, no smell and clean, no complaints at all. The decoration is nice and its close from a subway station (10 minutes) and from the city walls. Overall, we would not book it again because of the our initial experience but the staff did a great job and were very kind. There are also some washing machines at your disposal, a great point for us !

Woo woo 😭 This all-season front desk lady is really the best-serving lady in all seasons where I live in so many places. At that time, the big bed room was booked, and when it arrived, there was only one on the road, so I wanted to add money to upgrade it to zero pressure. As a result, my lady was super nice and helped me upgrade the zero pressure bed in the community for free. When entering and exiting, the young lady at the front desk will greet with a smile, which is great 😘 (there is a parking lot next to the hotel, which is quite large and convenient for parking. The location is wonderful, right next to a subway station! There are also great markets right outside the front door to buy fruit, local food, and much more. The rooms are cleaned very well every day, and service from the front desk and from room service are very helpful. We even got advice on sightseeing from one of the receptionists. The only slight problem is that in the area near the elevators, there is a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Otherwise, wonderful hotel!
