The villa costs 4,000 per night. There were blood stains on the sheets when I first checked in. There was no hot water for taking a shower at night and the water pressure was low. The staff had a bad service attitude...the overall experience was very poor.

別墅裏太多蚊蟲，蚊子就不説了，房間很大一個蜘蛛網，正好對着床頭，蜘蛛感覺隨時要掉下來一樣，睡了一覺起床，整個樓梯和花園和廁所鋪滿還爬着的白蟻，看的人頭皮發麻

國內外旅遊這麼多次，第一次在這種價位的酒店被無語到。住下來發現所有遇到的員工無一有服務意識，連基本的問好都沒有，剛到店辦理入住的時候前台沒一個專業的就算了態度還十分不知所謂！我也是客家人啊當著我的麪用客家話議論客人真的好嗎呵呵🙂酒店失誤衹言片語的道歉也沒。等了半天終於拿到房卡全程沒有一個人引領更別提帶領（訂的別墅區）問就是自己加微信問…環境很好，但是不知道員工究竟有沒有培訓咯

天公不造美，去的時候一直下雨，天氣很冷，服務員打掃衞生到下午4點才能辦理入住，然後進入房間的時候，味道很不好，好像尿騷味一樣，一直開着排氣扇也是有味道，真的很鬱悶。。。。。。本來滿懷期待帶着家人一起去玩，結果真的很鬱悶
