服務：周到，是我們每次來昆明必選的酒店，服務態度很好👍，價格也很便宜。設施：齊全，所有的配置全部都有衞生：乾淨整潔環境：優雅衹能説太贊太棒了！我是晚上十二點下的飛機，打電話很快就來接機了，是專門酒店接送的商務車，進酒店之後，有電梯上下樓，不用提行李上去很方便，房間乾淨整潔，有空調，可以看電視，熱水也很足，完全不用擔心。酒店門口就有公交車站非常方便，坐Z111路公交衹需要幾站就能到地鐵站了，酒店門口打車也是非常方便的

淋浴的水忽冷忽熱，很是奇怪；礦泉水限量一晚兩瓶，再有需要，付費購買，3元一瓶；早餐極簡不是問題，但是有幾個工作人員就像看賊一般盯着你接牛奶、拿雞蛋，不允許用自己的杯子接牛奶，衹能用那裡提高的一次性紙杯。極差，不準備有回頭客的服務

這是給公司項目邀請的培訓老師訂的房間訂單裏明明顯示0按金，但老師到了之後酒店前台卻要求要付按金並且態度特別差😡。後來我電話跟酒店溝通，酒店前台表示不是去哪兒app下單賬户本人入住就需要付款按金。之前從來沒遇到過這個情況但也可以理解酒店的這個規定，但應該在平台公示這項規定，避免引起不必要的誤會。
