房間整潔 寬敞明亮 服務細緻 我們12點就到公寓了，沒多説，直接就讓我們提前入住了，還温馨提示各遊玩景點，我們都住的非常舒服滿意，尤其是孩子們很開心

房東熱情又細心，入住前會把附近好吃的好玩的都告知。房間很大也很乾凈。榻榻米巨大，可以滾來滾去。房子地理位置很好。離寶塔山和二道街夜市很近。

事先溝通訂的房間，和最後入住的不是一個房間，原因是我們在這個平台上訂的房間價格優惠，，房東給我們換了一個房間，我們很明確的説明不想換房間，但是房東還是給我們換了，因為訂了，他説不想住可以退，但是再找房子又麻煩，也就沒有再説什麼，就住了那個，，希望房東誠信問題可以注重。 雖然寫明有空調，但是開空調需要單個收費加錢，房間的，洗髮水，沐浴露過期了，我們自己有帶洗漱用品所以沒有影響，大家可以參考一下

位置離寶塔山很近，步行就到了！晚上還去了二道街夜市，也是步行，回來的時候還看了寶塔山的燈光秀，很美！房東很貼心，提前就把行走路線和遊玩景點及美食地方都給了，超讚👍🏻

圖片即實圖，真的不錯，很寬敞，也很乾凈，有事聯繫的時候房主回覆信息特別快，總能很快解答問題。房主也很熱情，會介紹周圍好吃的好玩的，住的地方離寶塔山還有中心街，二道街特別近，溜達着就能過去，他們家性價比還是很高的，大家都很滿意。

首先房主很熱情，前一天就把延安的景點，他個人認為好吃的飯店做了推薦，當天一早就把注意事項事無鉅細告知清楚，第二天早上也告知了吃早飯的地方。昨天晚上12點整個小區停電，我試着發短訊問，因為畢竟很晚了，但西米還是幫我問了供電局，搶修，半小時來電，很温暖的服務

1、3張床比想象中的大，尤其2米的那張床，簡直就是一張大大的炕😊
2、離寶塔山也不遠，走着就能到
3、就是離馬路近，晚上開窗户比較吵，本來延安挺涼快的，但因為不好開窗，衹能開着空調睡了
4、第一晚樓上不知道在幹嘛，特別吵，跑步聲，酒瓶子倒地的聲音……一直持續到1點
5、房間打掃的比較乾淨
6、提點建議：針對於住宿人員較多的民宿，可以把垃圾袋適當留出來一些，人多垃圾肯定多，根本放不下

位置還不錯，小區內車子比較多，去的時候前一位住户的垃圾也沒倒掉，然後一個門鎖破了，衞生間沒有乾濕分離，廚房也比較臟，房間的窗户可能是臨馬路，比較灰。整體性價比還可，就是臨近馬路的房間特別吵，第一個晚上基本沒睡着，車流量太多
