我大概在2點多的時候到的，告知我房間沒有打掃好讓我等了20分鐘，這個我可以理解，優點是環境可以，拍照打卡都OK，吐槽點是吃早餐8點半以後基本菜不多了，早餐到9點半結束，8點半就沒有菜了我覺得説不過去，還有一個我不太滿意的是房卡給我了，我就是去個泳池，我回到房間後發現服務人員進過我房間，雖然沒有少什麼東西，但是我有點介意的！又不是打掃，又不是我主動聯繫，我覺得還是要有所改變的，其他都沒什麼！

1山裡環境比較好，空氣比較好。
2酒店有點餐可以吃飯，也可以去附近鎮上吃飯。
3酒店電視已購會員，小孩子看小童節目免費的，比較貼心
4戴森吹風機，女性的福音。
5下次要趁大太陽過來，絕對OK，雖然曬一點。
6底樓還有打桌球，影音室等小童玩的，就是影音室沒開放。

江左鳳凰民宿（竹海店），應該是湖滏鎮目前為止最好的民宿了。在宜興地界，還有一家江左（銅關山店），亦是山頂特色，匠心獨具。前台非常熱情的為我們升級了泳池景觀房，在此深表感謝。夏日裏遛娃首選，泳池，小童樂園，各式球類活動...... 孩子玩得不亦樂乎。山景的環繞，簡潔的裝修理念，人性化的客房配備，竹具、陶瓷的器具使用，格外精緻美觀。早餐很精緻。附近有竹海公園，玻璃棧道，張公洞等景點，適合舉家出遊，亦是蘇、浙、滬各地商務會議選址佳擇。

我在攜程上隨機選的這家，整體感覺很好的，離竹海景點非常近的，他們家有自己的地下停車庫，自駕方便的，下面有門直接可以進房間也可以進前台的，雖然沒有電梯，前台會關心需要拎行李嗎？一樓房間可以直接進入泳池的，衹是現在季節不對，留待下次吧！服務非常到位的，我説瓶裝水沒有了一分鐘不到就送來了，晚餐直接髮菜單讓我們預訂，他們家餐廳的菜的確不錯！竹海景點拿着他們家的介紹信可以減免15元很實惠的喲！估計夏天他們家肯定熱門的！下次可以再來！

房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡，衞生間也很乾凈，整個入住過程非常愉快，有地下停車場，停車也很方便，前台也是有問必答，有問題都幫我們解答了，還給我們推薦了附近遊玩的，但是早餐有點兒不盡人意，其它真的很不錯，值得推薦！

我們的房間是看了之後自己選的這個粉粉嫩嫩的房間，裝修風格很得女朋友喜歡，人比較少就帶我們看了一下房間選的這個，服務人員都很熱情，周邊景色也很好，早餐是套餐的形式，面有點兒坨了，感覺水果不是很新鮮，其他都還可以的，值得推薦
