房間比較大還有一個涼台，視野開闊，房間衞生較好有大浴盆適合喜歡泡澡的人羣，1積分就換了迎賓水果很是划算，值得再來

首先表揚服務，酒店前台提前和我詢問了到店時間，滿足了我的入住需求，免費升級了房型，因為預訂了套餐，吃飯時間也安排得非常準時，房間也提前將空調打開了。其次，飯菜味道好，38節還送了美食，套餐份量很足，兩個人根本吃不完，值得推薦。房間設施，中規中矩，衞生乾淨，酒店周圍環境好，還有個圍湖的棧道，我和媽媽走了一圈，很舒服。早餐的手工麪非常好吃，總之，這個價位還是很值得推薦的，6019房間視野好。

衹能説，許是我預期太高了，攜程給推送的益陽最好。
外部環境維護欠缺！
內部房間我連住多日，床上布草是我主動要求不換的，但房間都不給打掃乾淨（洗漱枱子上紙巾盒子打開着，紙巾沒有放進去；房間垃圾桶裏垃圾袋換了，但邊上的空瓶子卻沒有拿走；一次性拖鞋每天都等要了才會給放……）當然，也不是所以保潔人員都那麼馬虎，後來有位阿姨，我特意拍了工號牌，手腳麻利也健談，之前的不足也給予了修正！
關於吃早飯，我先給第一天辦理入住的小哥一個贊，孩子12歲，但是個子高，仍然主動給調整為半價，幾十塊錢事小，暖心之舉給最初印象加分！另外煮粉煮麪的阿姨一直忙碌中卻滿臉堆笑和和氣氣，讓人即使排隊也不會煩躁！再説到餐廳門口的服務人員，專業度應變能力有待提升！
進出酒店，從門口泊位的保安大叔大堂裏走來走去的貌似經理的人員，沒見一個主動打招呼的，都是面無表情擦肩而過！
説得有點多了，最後還是默默的再添上一顆星吧，以資鼓勵，希望你們越來越好！
