Kaibin International Hotel (Zhengzhou High-speed Railway Station)

There is a huge lobby on each floor of the hotel, which is empty. The door to the first room I went to was not even cleaned, so the customer service moved me to another room. The environment looked very good. I was very satisfied at the time. As soon as I touched the sofa, I felt cool instantly. There is no USB socket for charging in the room. In the middle of the night, my phone ran out of power and I didn’t bring a power bank. I asked customer service to borrow a charging cable and said they didn’t have one, and they couldn’t help find it. I was so exhausted in the middle of the night that I could only stand at the front desk to recharge temporarily. It doesn’t mean that you should lend them to customers, but a hotel of this size should always have some small things to deal with customer emergencies. The service is really not good enough. There is no display screen for the elevator on each floor, only up and down buttons. You can't tell which floor the elevator has reached. It's very inconvenient to wait blindly.

酒店採光很好，位置很方便，乾淨衞生設施也都很新，服務人員態度也很好，離地鐵口近 樓下吃飯的地方也很多，房間很乾凈，房間配置齊全，值得推薦，下次還會過來住，性價比也很高，還有很大的投影儀，投影儀很清新 床鋪很乾凈忘記拍照了 下次再拍

住了兩天，身上起了好多疹子，看病花的錢都比房費貴了，剛去的時候前台一直玩手機，等我説了訂好房間了才幫我開，唯一的好處就是設施還行

我預訂的應該是特慧大床 前台給我免費升級了 舒適大床 房間很乾凈 很不錯 昨天給我辦理入住的妹妹 長的很漂亮

房間裏噴了非常難聞的香精，床上一股怪味，不知道是想掩蓋什麼味道，薰死了，衞生很差，床單也不夠長，洗漱的時候還停水，水龍頭是活動的都快掉了，設施很差！

酒店內設施齊全，工作人員服務態度非常好，一次性洗漱用品質量很好，酒店位置好出行方便，衞生乾淨整潔，整體來説性價比和服務質量都很高。

還可以 就是可能是在過年期間 半夜也兩點多放煙花聲音巨大 很吵 然後門把手不太好使 花灑也有點壞 其他都很不錯 空調超級暖和 最主要是給我開門的工作人員是個帥哥 不好意思拍了你

這個酒店距離高鐵站很近，距離地鐵很近，距離辦公地點很近，交通便利服務態度好，周邊生活方便，美食多多。
