設施很多也很齊全，地方也很大，每房都有獨廁，今次是家庭旅遊，老人大人小朋友都能在別墅中找到自己想要的娛樂，管家服務不錯，處理及時，可惜別墅牆身保養不佳，不少位置有牆身發霉現象，估計是防漏做得不夠好，建議這些維護要做好些

#服務首先就是管家提早地安排讓我感覺很舒心，非常有安全感，到達路線、引導圖片、建羣交流、打車定位都非常詳細，同時到達當天管家早早就在別墅內等待，為我們仔細介紹每一間房的功能，非常貼心。#衞生衞生條件還可以，畢竟是在島上的村內，是那種進去之後讓你舒心的感覺。#位置交通在島上緊挨環島路，離新修好的一條主幹道也很近，打車開車都能進，我們打的六座車都很寬敞。#停車方便，停門口。#性價比一家出遊非常合適，有影音室、機麻、KTV、遊戲室、桌球、户外燒烤……進去了就不用再出門的感覺。而且別墅旁100米就是派出所，感覺治安也不錯。

和朋友一起租了歸墅三期過年轟趴，對場地非常滿意，即使過年漲價價格也比較合理。裝修很適合我們家庭聚會，輕奢又温馨，要誇誇廚房和娛樂設備了，廚房很大，廚具夠多，滿足各各種烹飪方式！娛樂設備能讓大人小孩玩得不想離開，房間寬敞，都配備獨立衞生間，很贊！以後去其他地方轟趴還找歸墅！

同事生日住了這個別墅。她們是第二次入住。我是第一次。感覺比想象的好。但是潔癖精的我。感覺廁所一般般。洗完澡地上濕噠噠的。浴室兩個放沐浴露洗髮水的地方都沒衹能放在地上。或者洗臉枱上。馬桶也不咋滴。反正我就去了2次。房間沒有電視。但穿都很大很舒適這是我意料之外的。我最喜歡的是燒烤的陽台。一開始燈都沒有不過房東叫了個師來幫忙接上了。冷暖燈開起來特別温馨。可惜半夜十點多十一點多一點點就有警察來訪説我們打擾到旁邊的鄰居。十點左右你就不可以在樓頂燒烤。有點掃興。差點被罰款（警察説這家民宿經常這樣被投訴罰款）我們而言想盡興。但也不可打擾到別人是真。陽台連燈光都不能有。所以玩到一點多大部分已經去睡覺了。整體不管是房東還是別墅舒適感都可以給個良吧。要是廁所可以改進一下。還有晚上洗澡熱水不夠。我們十幾個人一半的人洗的是冷水大半夜的🙄很崩潰。所以你們要提前和房東説。冰箱的製冷度不大夠。入口有一家小賣部也挺多東西的。最好白天都把東西買齊。可以自己帶點水果過去。或者你們自己帶點過去更實在哈哈

整體來説很不錯，別墅內設施配套齊全，衞生乾淨。玩樂：ktv、麻將等服務：房屋內物品齊全，除了毛巾之外基本都有。服務很好，居住當天天氣比較冷，所以熱水出的慢了一點，及時詢問了老闆。雖然已經快凌晨1點了，但是老闆還是立即趕過來解決問題。廚房：廚房內除了調味品等消耗產品都是齊全的，比如電磁爐、鍋等等都有提供，滿足日常吃飯需求。
